Վովային կգործուղեն Սահմանադրական դատարան

ՔՊ–ական պատգամավոր, ԱԺ պետաիրավական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանի թեկնածությունն առաջադրվել է Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավորի պաշտոնում։ Ազգային ժողովի փոխանցմամբ, առաջարկի հեղինակը ՀՀ նախագահն է։ ՍԴ-ում դատավորի պաշտոնը թափուր էր մնացել Հրայր Թովմասյանի վերաբերյալ դատական վճիռն ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո, և այս անգամ թեկնածություն առաջադրել կարող էր ՀՀ նախագահի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձը։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, Խաչատուրյանն այլ թեկնածու է ունեցել այդ պաշտոնի համար, բայց նրան Փաշինյանն անձամբ է ստիպել այլ թեկնածուի ներկայացնել։ Նախագահի թեկնածուն փաստաբան, «Իրավունքի Եվրոպա» ՀԿ-ի իրավաբան Տիգրան Եգորյանն է եղել, որը համառորեն փորձում է զբաղեցնել ՍԴ դատավորի պաշտոն։

Բայց իշխանություններն այլ հաշվարկներ ունեն։ Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանը, նշենք, ՔՊ ընտրական ցուցակի ձևավորման քվեարկության առաջին փուլում ստացել էր 292 ձայն և 24-րդն էր ստացած ձայների թվով։ Պետք է մասնակցեր առաջին 50-նյակի կազմավորման քվեարկությանը։ Փաշինյանն այսկերպ նախ մաքրում է ընտրական ցուցակը, ապա և ՍԴ-ում իր հերթական կողմնակիցն տեղավորում։ Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանը համաձայնվել է այս առաջարկին մի այմանով, որպեսզի դատավոր դառնալուց հետո իրենց ՍԴ նախագահ կարգեն։

Գործող նախագահ Արման Դիլանյանն այնքան էլ ակտիվ չի պաշտպանում իշխանական թեզերը։ Փաշինյանին հարկավոր է ինչ-որ մեկը, ով ՍԴ-ն կվերածի ՔՊ-ի քարոզչամիջոցի։ Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանն «իդեալական» է համապատասխանում այս դերին։ Ի դեպ, նրա թեկնածության առաջադրումը զայրացրել է քաղհասարակությանը, որն իր շարքերից մեկին էր պատկերացնում ՍԴ-ում։ Վարդանյանին հիշեցնում են իր՝ «նախկին» լինելու, երկար տարիներ Գագիկ Հարությունյանին անմռունչ ծառայելու, վեթինգի գործընթացը բարեհաջող կերպով ձախողելու հանգամանքը։
