Փաշինյանը ահաբեկում է հանրությանը՝ խաղաղության դիսկուրսով

Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանում հունիսի 7-ին կայանալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում ժողովուրդը պետք է ընտրություն կատարի՝ Հայաստանը շարունակո՞ւմ է ղարաբաղյան շարժումը, թե՞ չի շարունակում։ Իր էջում տարածած տեսանյութով նա հավելել է, որ պետք է հստակ որոշում կայացվի՝ Հայաստանը շարունակո՞ւմ է ղարաբաղյան կոնֆլիկտը, թե՞ չի շարունակում, քանի որ հիմա քաղաքական դաշտն էլ դիրքավորվում է հենց այդ տրամաբանության մեջ՝ խաղաղության կուսակցություն, որն ասում է, որ ղարաբաղյան շարժումը չպետք է շարունակվի, և պատերազմի կուսակցություն, որն, ըստ էության, ուղղակի կամ անուղղակի ասում է, որ ղարաբաղյան շարժումը պետք է շարունակվի։

Ընդ որում, Փաշինյանը շարունակել է Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի ամբիոնից տարածած կեղծիքը հոգևորականների մասին՝ հայտարարելով, որ պատերազմի կուսակցության առաջնորդությունը ստանձնել է կաթողիկոսը, իսկ «մնացածը՝ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյան, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյան, Սերժ Սարգսյան և մյուսներ, տեղավորվում են այս տրամաբանության տակ»։ «Եվ մենք պետք է շատ հստակ ընտրություն կատարենք՝ Ղարաբաղի շարժումը շարունակո՞ւմ ենք, թե՞ ոչ։ Եթե շարունակում ենք, դա նշանակում է նոր պատերազմ, չի կարող ուրիշ կերպ լինել։ Ընդ որում, 2020 թվականից առաջ էլ էր պատերազմ, պարզապես խաղաղությունն այնքան անծանոթ էր մեզ, որ մենք խաղաղությունն ու պատերազմն էլ իրարից չենք տարբերել, նոր ենք սկսում տարբերել»,- ասել է Փաշինյանը։

Վերջինս, ի դեպ, վաղուց բաց է խաղում իր խաղաքարտերով՝ հանրությանը ահաբեկելով պատերազմի հեռանկարով, եթե չընտրեն «Քաղպայմանագրին»։ Ինչ-որ իմաստով այս մարտավարությունն արդյունավետ կարող է լինել հանրության որոշ շրջանակների ուղեղները լվանալու համար։ Ցավոք, ընդդիմությանը դեռ չի հաջողվում ավելի արդյունավետ խաղաղության դիսկուրս ծավալել։ Դա են վկայում նաև Միջազգային հանրապետական ինստիտուտի հարցումները, որտեղ հարցվածները խաղաղության հարցում առանձնապես հույսեր չեն կապում ընդդիմության հետ։ Օր առաջ հարկավոր է փոխել ընդդիմության մարտավարությունը՝ Փաշինյանին իր հիմնական նարատիվից զրկելու համար։
