Ո՞ւմ են ուզում վստահել. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նախընտրում է, որ Հայաստանում նոր մոդուլային ատոմակայանը կառուցի Ֆրանսիան՝ ամերիկյան վարկերով։ Թերթի աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Փարիզում Միջուկային էներգիայի գագաթաժողովին մասնակցող Փաշինյանը քննարկել է այդ հարցերը Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի հետ, թեև պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության մեջ այդ մասին խոսք չկա։

Նշենք, որ գագաթաժողովում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կրկին հայտարարել է՝ Մեծամորի ատոմակայանի ժամկետը լրանալուց հետո Հայաստանը որոշել է անցնել փոքր մոդուլային ռեակտորի տեխնոլոգիայի: Նա նաև հիշեցրել է, որ մոդուլային ռեակտորներն ավելի կարճ շինարարական ժամկետներ են պահանջում, հզորությունը կարող է ընդլայնվել, ինչն ավելի լավ է համապատասխանում Հայաստանի էլեկտրացանցերի կարիքներին։ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները մինչ օրս խուսանավում են մոդուլային ատոմակայանի հարցով և հստակ պատասխան չեն տալիս, թե ում են վստահելու ատոմակայանի կառուցումը։ Գլխավոր ինտրիգը շարունակում է մնալ այն, թե ո՞ր երկրի արտադրության ռեակտորների վրա կանգ կառնի Հայաստանը: Համաժողովի ամբիոնից էլ Փաշինյանը փակագծեր չի բացել։

Երևանում ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահ Ջեյ Դի Վենսը համաձայնագրի ստորագրումից հետո հայտարարել էր, թե ՀՀ-ն և ԱՄն-ը ավարտել են քաղաքացիական միջուկային համագործակցության շուրջ բանակցությունները: Դրանից հետո ՀՀ իշխանությունները շարունակեցին պնդել, որ ատոմակայանի հարցում բանակցություններ են վարում ԱՄՆ-ի, ՌԴ-ի, Ֆրանսիայի, Հարավային Կորեայի հետ։ Ըստ մեր աղբյուրի, ՀՀ իշխանությունն առանձնապես հակված չէ ԱՄՆ կողմից ԱԷԿ կառուցելու տարբերակին։ Նախ՝ դա ավելի թանկ կարժենա ՀՀ բյուջեի համար, երկրորդ՝ ամերիկացիները դրա փորձը բացարձակ չունեն, վերջապես՝ նաև քաղաքական խնդիրներ կծագեն, հասկանալի է՝ հատկապես Ռուսաստանի հետ։
