ԱՄՆ արևային էներգետիկան «ցնցումների» մեջ է

Միացյալ Նահանգների արևային էներգետիկայի ոլորտը, որը տարիներ շարունակ համարվում էր երկրի ամենաարագ զարգացող ճյուղերից մեկը, բախվել է լուրջ մարտահրավերների։ Համաձայն նոր հրապարակված զեկույցի՝ 2025 թվականին արևային կայանների տեղադրման ծավալները նկատելի անկում են ապրել, ինչը փորձագետները ուղղակիորեն կապում են նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի վարչակազմի իրականացրած տնտեսական նոր քաղաքականության հետ։

Տարիներ շարունակ արևային էներգիան ստանում էր պետական զգալի սուբսիդիաներ և հարկային արտոնություններ, սակայն նոր վարչակազմի կողմից իրականացված օրենսդրական փոփոխությունները կտրուկ փոխել են խաղի կանոնները։ Մասնավորապես, մաքուր էներգիայի սուբսիդավորման կրճատումը և ներմուծվող արևային վահանակների վրա սահմանված նոր մաքսատուրքերը հանգեցրել են նախագծերի թանկացմանը։

Զեկույցը նշում է, որ 2026-2030 թվականների կանխատեսումները ևս լավատեսական չեն. սպասվում է տեղադրման ծավալների շուրջ 27% անկում՝ նախնական սպասումների համեմատ։ Արդյունաբերության ներկայացուցիչները մտահոգություն են հայտնում, որ ներդրումների կրճատումը ոչ միայն դանդաղեցնում է էներգետիկ անցումը, այլև բարձրացնում է էլեկտրաէներգիայի գինը սպառողների համար։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, նկատվում է հետաքրքիր հակասություն. թեև քաղաքականությունը խստացվել է, արևային կայանների մեծ մասը շարունակում է տեղադրվել հենց այն նահանգներում, որտեղ Թրամփն ունի ուժեղ ընտրազանգված, օրինակ՝ Տեխասում և Ֆլորիդայում։ Այսպիսով, ԱՄՆ արևային շուկան հայտնվել է անորոշության փուլում, որտեղ տնտեսական նպատակահարմարությունը բախվում է քաղաքական առաջնահերթություններին, իսկ ոլորտի ապագան կախված է նրանից, թե որքանով արագ ընկերությունները կկարողանան հարմարվել նոր «սակագնային» իրականությանը։
