IDBank-ը դուրս է գալիս միջազգային հարթակ․ Մհեր Աբրահամյանի հարցազրույցը Los Angeles Times-ին

Ամերիկյան հեղինակավոր Los Angeles Times պարբերականը անդրադարձել է հայկական IDBank-ին՝ ներկայացնելով բանկի արագ զարգացումը, թվային վերափոխման հաջող փորձը և միջազգային ընդլայնման նոր փուլը։

Հրապարակման մեջ նշվում է, որ վերջին տարիներին Հայաստանը հայտնվել է միջազգային ներդրողների ուշադրության կենտրոնում, իսկ երկրի բանկային համակարգը դիտարկվում է որպես կայունության և վստահության կարևոր հենասյուն։ Այդ գործընթացում առանձնահատուկ ուշադրություն է գրավել IDBank-ը՝ որպես տեխնոլոգիական լուծումների և ֆինանսական նորարարությունների առաջատարներից մեկը։

«Մենք տեսնում ենք աճող հետաքրքրություն ինչպես տեղական, այնպես էլ օտարերկրյա ներդրողների կողմից, որոնք ոգեշնչված են ապագա կայունության և նոր տնտեսական հնարավորությունների հեռանկարով», — նշել է IDBank-ի Վարչության նախագահ Մհեր Աբրահամյանը Los Angeles Times-ին տված հարցազրույցում՝ ընդգծելով նաև բանկի վերջին տարիների արագ աճն ու զարգացման ռազմավարությունը։

IDBank-ի միջազգային զարգացման կարևոր քայլերից մեկը դարձել է ԱՄՆ մուտքը։ Բանկը ստացել է թույլտվություն՝ Միացյալ Նահանգներում ներկայացուցչություն բացելու համար։ Այն արդեն սկսել է գործել Գլենդել քաղաքում՝ աշխարհի ամենամեծ հայկական համայնքներից մեկի կենտրոնում։

Los Angeles Times-ը գրում է, որ այս ներկայացուցչությունը կարող է դառնալ կարևոր ֆինանսական կամուրջ Հայաստանի և սփյուռքի միջև՝ ամրապնդելով երկրի կապը միջազգային շուկաների հետ։ ԱՄՆ-ում գործող գրասենյակը կներկայացնի IDBank-ի ծառայությունները՝ հնարավորություն տալով հետաքրքրված անձանց ավելի հեշտությամբ օգտվել բանկային առաջարկներից․ օրինակ՝ հեռավար բացել հաշիվ, ձեռք բերել անշարժ գույք Հայաստանում կամ օգտվել այլ ֆինանսական ծառայություններից։

Հոդվածում հատուկ ընդգծվում է նաև բանկի թվային ռազմավարությունը։ Մհեր Աբրահամյանի խոսքով՝ թվային հասանելիությունը եղել է IDBank-ի հաջողության առանցքային գործոնը․ «Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները, նույնիսկ նրանք, ովքեր բնակվում են արտերկրում, կարող են դառնալ բանկի հաճախորդներ 100% առցանց եղանակով»։

Վերջին տարիներին IDBank-ը զգալի ներդրումներ է կատարել տեխնոլոգիաների, թվային հարթակների և մարդկային ռեսուրսների զարգացման մեջ՝ ընտրելով օրգանական աճի մոդել։ Արդյունքում բանկի ակտիվ հաճախորդների թիվն ընդամենը հինգ-վեց տարվա ընթացքում աճել է 10 հազարից մինչև շուրջ 400 հազար։

IDBank-ն այսօր ոչ միայն հաջողված բանկային բրենդ է Հայաստանում, այլև օրինակ, թե ինչպես կարող է տեխնոլոգիաների և նորարարության վրա հիմնված ֆինանսական հաստատությունը դուրս գալ միջազգային հարթակ և ամրապնդել Հայաստանի կապը համաշխարհային ֆինանսական համակարգի հետ։
