Հուսանք՝ Ադրբեջանն ու Իրանը խոհեմություն կունենան տարածաշրջանում գեոպոլիտիկ նոր անվտանգության օջախ չստեղծելու հարցում. Մհեր Ավետիսյան

Հենց Հայաստանին է պետք...

Ռուսաստանը կոչ է անում Իրանին և Ադրբեջանին զերծ մնալ չմտածված քայլերից և չստեղծել նոր բաժանարար գծեր տարածաշրջանում։ Ավելի պարզ՝ Ռուսաստանը կոչ է անում Թեհրանին և Բաքվին չդառնալ Միացյալ Նահանգների գեոպոլիտիկ խաղի գործիք և տարածաշրջանը չդարձնել գեոպոլիտիկ պայքարի կենտրոն։ Իսկ ավելի պարզ՝ Ռուսաստանը կոչ է անում Ադրբեջանին և հատկապես Իրանին հարգել Գյուլիստանի և Թուրքմենչայի պայմանագրերը, որոնք ձևավորել են մեր տարածաշրջանի անվտանգության ճարտարապետությունը։

Այո, Ադրբեջանի դեպքում ևս մեր տարածաշրջանի անվտանգության ճարտարապետությունը կառուցված է Թուրքմենչայի և Գյուլիստանի պայմանագրերի վրա։ Այդ պայմանագրերից հետո Իրանը Արաքսը չի անցել և չի խախտել Ռուսաստանի ձևավորած անվտանգության ճարտարապետությունը։

Այ սրա համար եմ ասում, ժողովուրդ ջան, որ մենք պետք է չքանդենք Ռուսաստանի ճարտարապետությունը, որովհետև մեր տարածաշրջանի անվտանգությունը կառուցված է հենց Թուրքմենչայի պայմանագրի հիման վրա՝ կառուցված ռուսական ճարտարապետությամբ։

Հուսանք՝ Ադրբեջանն ու Իրանը խոհեմություն կունենան տարածաշրջանում գեոպոլիտիկ նոր անվտանգության օջախ չստեղծելու հարցում և թույլ չեն տա, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները մեր տարածաշրջանը ուղղակի պայթեցնեն։ Բայց այստեղ միայն Իրանի ու Ադրբեջանի խնդիրը չէ․ այստեղ շատ բան կախված է հենց Հայաստանից։ Հայաստանը պետք է թույլ չտա, որպեսզի ռուսական անվտանգության ճարտարապետությունը քանդվի։ Եվ ամենակարևորը՝ այդ ճարտարապետությունն ամենից շատ պետք է հենց Հայաստանին, քանզի, ցավոք սրտի, Հայաստանը, շրջապատված լինելով թուրքական ցեղերով և ժողովուրդներով, ինքը պետք է ամենից առավել շահագրգռված լինի, որպեսզի ռուսական անվտանգության համակարգը, որը արդեն 200 տարի է աշխատում է, չքանդվի։ Հակառակ պարագայում մեր տարածաշրջանը ևս դառնալու է գեոպոլիտիկ գործոն ԱՄՆ-ի ձեռքերում, որպեսզի ԱՄՆ-ն կարողանա հեգեմոնիան վերականգնելու իր գեոպոլիտիկ պայքարում օգտագործել նաև մեր տարածաշրջանը։
