Ամռանը էժան էլեկտրաէներգիա, ձմռանը՝ թանկ. գների տատանումները խոչընդոտում են էներգետիկ նախագծերի իրականացմանը

Լիտվայում անսովոր ցուրտ և երկարատև ձմեռը արդեն հանգեցրել է շատերի համար տհաճ բարձր էլեկտրաէներգիայի վճարների հունվարին, և փետրվարը, հավանաբար, բացառություն չի լինի: Վերջին շաբաթներին էլեկտրաէներգիայի փոխանակման գինը նույնպես մնացել է համեմատաբար բարձր: Այս տատանումները, որոշ չափով, խոչընդոտում են էներգիայի արտադրության նախագծերի զարգացմանը, գրում է lsm.lv–ն:

«Չնայած այսօր էլեկտրաէներգիայի գինը համեմատաբար բարձր է ցուրտ ձմեռային եղանակի պատճառով, ամռանը մեր երկրներում էլեկտրաէներգիան համեմատաբար էժան է: Հենց դա է պատճառը, որ նախագծերի մշակողները դժվարանում են ֆինանսավորում ստանալ բանկերից», - խոստովանեց Լիտվայի էներգետիկայի նախարար Ժիգիմանտաս Վայչունասը էներգետիկայի ապագային նվիրված կոնֆերանսում:

Այս տատանումները հիմնականում պայմանավորված են արևային և քամու էներգիայի արտադրողներով. մեծ քանակությամբ էլեկտրաէներգիա է արտադրվում արևոտ և քամոտ եղանակին: Սակայն հետևանքները միշտ չէ, որ բարենպաստ են սպառողների համար, ասում է Eesti Energia-ի կառավարման խորհրդի նախագահ Անդրուս Դուրեյկոն։ «Մենք ակտիվորեն զարգացրել ենք վերականգնվող էներգիան: Սա մեզ թույլ է տվել իջեցնել էլեկտրաէներգիայի տարեկան միջին գինը, և դա լավ բան է: Բայց մյուս կողմից, մենք ստեղծել ենք զգալի տատանումներ։ Դա նշանակում է, որ գինը տատանվում է զրոյից մինչև շատ բարձր մակարդակներ: Եվ սպառողներին սովորաբար այդքան էլ դուր չի գալիս ադ իրավիճակը. այն պակաս հարմարավետ է, քան կայուն, թեև ոչ ամենացածր գինը», - նշել է Դուրեյկոն։
