Մի ձեռքով տալիս են, մյուսով վերցնում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երբ անցած տարեվերջին հայտնի դարձավ, որ քպական պաշտոնյաները բազմամիլիոնանոց պարգևավճարներ են ստացել, դա առաջացրեց հանրության գերակշիռ մասի արդարացի զայրույթը: Իսկ քանի որ առջևում ընտրություններ են, հասկանալի է, որ իշխանությունները պետք է որոշակի շերտերի «խաթրն առնեն» կամ, ինչպես նշում են փորձագետները, պետբյուջեի հաշվին «ընտրակաշառք» բաժանեն:

Օրեր առաջ հայտարարվեց, որ ապրիլի 1-ից կենսաթոշակներն ավելանալու են 10 հազար դրամով: Եվ, ահա, «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, իշխանությունները որոշել են պարգևավճարի անվան տակ «մի քանի կոպեկ» տալ նաև պետական որոշ կառույցների աշխատակիցների, ընդ որում՝ այնպիսի ոլորտներում, որտեղ առնվազն վերջին 5-6 տարում նույնիսկ Ամանորյա պարգևավճար չի տրվել: Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, ի մասնավորի, «մարտիության» պարգևավճար են բաժանել երաժշտական և արվեստի այլ դպրոցների մանկավարժներին: Խոսքը 30 հազարական դրամի մասին է: Սակայն պարզվում է, որ այդ 30 հազար դրամն էլ չեն ստացել, այսինքն՝ խոսքը «մաքուր» գումարի մասին չէ: Պահումներից հետո մանկավարժները, մեր տեղեկություններով, ստացել են 16-20 հազար դրամ:

Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, առաջիկայում նման «պարգևավճարներ» բաժանելու են այլ կառույցների ևս, այդ թվում՝ մանկապարտեզներին, իրավապահ համակարգի ներկայացուցիչներին, այլ պետական կազմակերպությունների «ոչ բարձրաստիճան» աշխատակիցներին:
