«Թվեր կրակելու» մեկնարկը տրված է. որտե՞ղ են արվել հարցումները. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երեկ հանրայնացված «իմպորտնի» հարցումը եկավ փաստացի հաստատելու նախօրեին մեր թերթի հրապարակած տեղեկությունը: Հակիրճ հիշեցնենք, որ նախորդ համարում հայտնել էինք, որ տեսնելով Փաշինյանի վարկանիշի գետնատարած վիճակը՝ որոշվել է առաջիկայում շրջանառել սարքովի տվյալներ: Կարճ ասած՝ «թվեր կրակել»՝ Փաշինյանի ունեցած իբր բարձր վարկանիշի մասին: Եվ, ահա, առաջին քայլը. հրապարակեցին ԱՄՆ Միջազգային հանրապետական ինստիտուտի (IRI) պատվերով արված «սոցիոլոգիական հարցման» տվյալները:

Բայց, հանուն արդարության, ահագին «համեստություն» էին արել, հանգիստ կարող էին գրել, որ Փաշինյանը, օրինակ՝ 150 տոկոս ձայն ունի: Կատակը՝ կատակ, բայց Փաշինյանին աջակցություն հայտնած Վենսի կուսակցության վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող IRI-ի հրապարակած «հարցումը» սոցցանցերի հայկական սեգմենտում, անկասկած, ռեկորդ սահմանեց ծաղրական արձագանքների «գծով»:

Մի խոսքով, նախ՝ մեր նախորդ հրապարակման մեջ արված դիտարկումները 100 տոկոսով հաստատվեցին: Փաշինյանի ու ՔՊ-ի վիճակն այնքան վատ է, որ Փաշինյանի փիարով զբաղված արևմտյան ինչ-որ կազմակերպություն ստիպված է «թվեր կրակել»: Երկրորդը. այդ ինչպե՞ս է ստացվում, որ նման թվեր հայտնվում են ամեն անգամ, երբ Փաշինյանի վարկանիշային վիճակը վատանում է: Հարցը, բնականաբար, հռետորական է: Երրորդը՝ ակնհայտ է, որ ցանկանում են ցույց տալ, թե Փաշինյանն, իբր, ավելի շատ ձայն ունի, քան մյուս հիմնական ընդդիմադիր ուժերը՝ միասին վերցրած: Մինչդեռ իրականությունը և հանրության իրական տրամադրությունները բոլորովին այլ են: Համենայն դեպս, երբ շրջում ես քաղաքում ու խոսում մարդկանց հետ, երևի ամեն երրորդի, եթե ոչ՝ ամեն երկրորդի ցանկությունն այն է, որ՝ «սրանք հեռանան»: Ավելին, մեր տեղեկություններով, տարբեր հարցումներ լրիվ հակառակ պատկերն են ցույց տալիս: Մյուս կողմից՝ նման հարցումներով ու նման «հարցումների» հեղինակները, կարծես, ցանկանում են վիրավորել հայ ժողովրդին, ցույց տալ այնպես, թե մեր ժողովուրդն իբր այնքան վատն է, այնքան անինքնասեր, այնքան արժանապատվությունից զուրկ, որ անհամարժեք է ընկալում իրականությունը, որ այսքան ավերներից հետո դեռ պատրաստ է իշխող ուժին ձայն տալ:

Իրականում դա պարզ տեխնոլոգիա է. առաջին հերթին հուսահատություն են ուզում սերմանել հանրության շրջանում՝ դեմոտիվացնելով մարդկանց, որ չգնան ընտրության: Դե, իշխանությանը ձեռնտու է նվազ մասնակցությունը, որի պարագայում կայուն վարչական ռեսուրսը կարող է վճռորոշ նշանակություն ունենալ:

Ի դեպ, շատերն այնպիսի տպավորություն էին ստացել, որ նշյալ հարցումն անցկացվել է բացառապես քպականների շրջանում: Այդ պարագայում նշյալ ցուցանիշները, այդ թվում՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ մոտ 24 տոկոս վարկանիշը կարող է և տրամաբանական լինել...
