Գյուղացին տարվա սկզբից կիմանա, թե ինչ գնով է վաճառելու իր բերքը, կկարողանա կանխատեսել իր ծախսերն ու իմանալ՝ շահույթ կունենա, թե ոչ. Նարեկ Կարապետյան

«Մեր երկրի հիմնական խնդիրներից մեկն այն է, որ մեր գյուղացիներն իրենց մշակած, աճեցրած ապրանքը չեն կարողանում վաճառել։ Երկիրը չի կարողացել լուծել գյուղացիների՝ ապրանքի վաճառքի խնդիրը»,- ասուլիսում այս մասին հայտարարեց «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության քաղաքական խորհրդի անդամ Նարեկ Կարապետյանը։

Նա մանրամասն ներկայացրեց դեպի Ուժեղ Հայաստան տանող Սամվել Կարապետյանի առաջարկած 5 քայլերից 4-րդը՝ բերքի երաշխավորված մթերում գյուղերում, որն իրենից ենթադրում է Հայաստանով մեկ մթերման կայանների ստեղծում, ինչն էլ, ըստ նրա, կօգնի հայ գյուղացուն իր աճեցրած ապրանքը վաճառել՝  իր տնից հեռու չգնալով։

«Հարևան երկրներում հայկական գյուղամթերքի մեծ պահանջարկ կա, սակայն Հայաստանի գյուղացին ապրանք արտադրելով՝ չի կարողանում արտահանել, քանի որ չկա միջնորդ։ Մթերման կայանը կլինի այդ միջնորդը, որը կօգնի, կպահեստավորի մթերքը և հետագայում կվերավաճառի, կամ կարտահանի կամ կվաճառի հայկական շուկայում»,- ասաց Ն. Կարապետյանը՝ մանրամասնելով, որ սա վերաբերում է  բանջարեղենին, մրգին և մսամթերքին։

Նարեկ Կարապետյանը հայտարարեց, որ Հայաստանի գյուղատնտեսությունը վերջին 8 տարիների ընթացքում անկում է  ապրել 10 տոկոսով. «Մենք 2018 թվականի մակարդակի գյուղատնտեսություն արդեն չունենք։ Այս տարվա բյուջեով գյուղատնտեսությանն ուղղված ծախսերը նույնպես կրճատվել են»։

Հարցին՝ մթերման քանի՞ կայան է նախատեսվում, նա պատասխանեց. «Արարատյան դաշտում մրգերի, բանջարեղենի մթերման կայաններ կլինեն, Գեղարքունիքի, Շիրակի մարզերում՝ մսամթերի, կարտոֆիլի, ցորենի։

Ամեն շրջան կունենա երկու կայան։ Կարևոր է, որ գյուղացին հնարավորություն ունենա 2-3 կայանի վաճառել իր ապրանքը։ Դա կբերի մրցակցություն»։

Նա նաև ասաց, որ գյուղացիները հնարավորություն կունենան տարվա սկզբից իմանալ, թե ինչ գնով են վաճառելու իրենց բերքը, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա գյուղացուն կանխատեսել իր ծախսերն ու իմանալ՝ շահույթ կունենա, թե ոչ։   Նարեկ Կարապետյանն ընդգծեց, որ իրենց նպատակն է՝ գյուղացին վերջապես  նորմալ շահույթ ստանա։ 

«Մենք խնդիր ենք դրել ապահովելու 300-400 հազար մարդու, ովքեր գյուղերում են ապրում, կայուն եկամուտ, որպեսզի գյուղերը զարգանան»,- ասաց Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության քաղաքական խորհրդի անդամ Նարեկ Կարապետյանը՝ հավելելով, որ քայլերի հաջորդականությունը լինելու է՝ ավելացնել գյուղացու եկամուտը, ապա զբաղվել նաև վերամշակումով։ 

«Շրջաններում լինելու են գործարաններ, որտեղ մարդիկ կաշխատեն, իսկ սեզոնի ժամանակ կունենան արձակուրդ, որպեսզի զբաղվեն գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներով, ինչը կբազմապատկի գյուղացու եկամուտները։ Սա է միակ ճանապարհը, որ գյուղերն ապրեն, չդատարկվեն»,- ասաց Ն.Կարապետյանը։
