Պատերազմի 6-րդ օրը ՀՀ իշխանությունը որոշեց ուշքի գալ

Մերձավոր Արևելքում պատերազմի 6-րդ օրը ՀՀ իշխանությունները վերջապես սկսեցին գիտակցել, որ իրավիճակը վտանգավոր դրսևորումներ կարող է ունենալ նաև Հայաստանի համար։ Պատճառը, իհարկե, Նախիջևանում ընկած ԱԹՍ-ներն են, ինչից հետո Ադրբեջանի նախագահը սկսեց սպառնալիքներով խոսել Իրանի հետ։ Իրանից կտրուկ հերքում են, թե իրենք են ԱԹՍ-ներ ուղարկել, բայց Բաքվին այդ հերքումները, կարծես, առանձնապես չեն հուզում։ Մի քանի վարկած կարելի է քննարկել՝ ընդհուպ մինչև իսրայելական սադրանք՝ Ադրբեջանին պատերազմ ներքաշելու համար։

Կամ էլ անգամ ադրբեջանական սադրանք, որպեսզի կատարի Իսրայելի առջև իր պարտավորությունները։ Բնական է, որ Հարավային Կովկասում իրավիճակի սրումը առաջին հերթին վտանգ է հենց Հայաստանի համար։ Ու «պեռաշկուց կշտանալուց», խումհարից դուրս գալուց հետո երեկ Փաշինյանն Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստ է հրավիրել, քննարկել են տարածաշրջանում ստեղծված անվտանգային իրավիճակը։

Ըստ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի՝ նիստի ընթացքում անդրադարձել են նաև տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների բնականոն գործունեությունն ապահովելու հետ կապված հարցերին։ Վարչապետի կողմից տրվել են համապատասխան հանձնարարականներ։ Արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն էլ հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել Ջեյհուն Բայրամովի հետ։ Ըստ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ հաղորդագրության՝ նախարարները մտքեր են փոխանակել տարածաշրջանում վերջին զարգացումների շուրջ, մտահոգություն են հայտնել և նշել են լարվածության հետագա սրմանը միտված գործողություններից զերծ մնալու կարևորությունը։

Միրզոյանի այս զանգը չափազանց ուշագրավ է՝ հաշվի առնելով այն բազմաթիվ վերլուծությունները, թե Ադրբեջանը կարող է օգտվել ստեղծված իրավիճակից՝ էսկալացիա սկսելու Հայաստանի դեմ։ Թեպետ ԱՄՆ-ին, հատկապես պատերազմի պայմաններում, նոր սրումը Հարավային Կովկասում ձեռք չի տալիս, բայց ամեն ինչ կարող է գնալ անկանխատեսելի սցենարով։ Ի վերջո, ՀՀ իշխանությունները պետք է ուշքի գան, իրենք էլ միջոցներ ձեռնարկեն ՀՀ ինքնիշխանությունն ու անվտանգությունը ապահովելու համար։ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունից փոքր-ինչ անհավատալի է, իհարկե։
