Իշխանությունները պատրաստվում են հարցումների թվեր «կրակել». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նախօրեին տեղեկություններ տարածվեցին, որ ԱՄՆ Միջազգային հանրապետական ինստիտուտի (IRI) պատվերով արված սոցիոլոգիական հարցման տվյալները չեն հրապարակվել: Խնդիրն այն է, որ այդ հարցման արդյունքում արձանագրվել է փաշինյանական իշխանության վարկանիշի խայտառակ վիճակ: Շատերն են նկատել, որ, ընդհանրապես, վերջին շրջանում իրենք՝ իշխանություններն էլ են խուսափում ինչ-որ հարցումային տվյալներ հրապարակելուց:

Բայց մեկ էլ հանկարծ երեկ փաշինյանական իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներն սկսեցին ինտենսիվ շրջանառել «տեղեկություն», թե առաջիկայում հրապարակվելու են հարցման թվեր, որոնք ցույց են տալու, որ Հայաստանի բնակչության մեծամասնությունն ուղղակի «ուշագնաց է լինում» Փաշինյանի համար: Ակնհայտ է, որ այդ պահվածքի հետապնդած խնդիրն առաջիկայում զանազան հորինովի, այսպես ասած՝ սարքած, պրոիշխանական «հարցումների» տվյալներ տարածելը, դրանք տիրաժավորելն է: Դրա առաջին ու հիմնական նպատակը ակնհայտ է. հուսահատություն սերմանել հասարակության մեջ, ստիպել, որ մարդիկ մոլորության մեջ ընկնեն, կարծեն, թե «մեկ է, ամեն ինչ որոշված է , կանխորոշված է, սրանք ընտրվելու են...» ու նման բաներ:

Այնինչ, մեր տեղեկություններով, իրականում պատկերը բացարձակապես հակառակն է: Ավելին, հասարակության տրամադրությունների իրական պատկերը տրամագծորեն հակառակն է: Եվ ոչ մի կերպ Փաշինյանն ու ՔՊ-ն վարկանիշ չունեն: Ավելին, նրանք իրականում անգամ 30 տոկոսի շեմին չեն կարող մոտենալ ընտրություններում: Նույնիսկ վարչական ռեսուրսով չեն կարող:

Եվ, ահա, ստիպված են «հարցումներ» սարքել, թվեր «կրակել»:

Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, և՛ ընդդիմադիր ուժերը, և՛ պետական համապատասխան ծառայությունները, և՛ սոցիոլոգիական տարբեր կազմակերպություններ տարբեր հարցումներ են արել, և պատկերն իշխանությունների համար միանգամայն տխուր է: Ու, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, դրա հետ է կապված, որ հատկապես վերջին օրերին քպականներն ինտենսիվ ու ագրեսիվ հարձակվում են հիմնական ընդդիմադիր ուժերի վրա, քնից արթնանում են՝ ընդդիմադիր լիդերների անունները շուրթերին: Երևի երազներում էլ են տեսնում նրանց:
