Իշխանությունը խնդրել է IRI-ին՝ չհրապարակել հարցման արդյունքները

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, դիմել են Միջազգային հանրապետական ինստիտուտին՝ խնդրելով չհրապարակել իրենց հարցումների արդյունքները։ ԱՄՆ Հանրապետական կուսակցության ենթակայությամբ գործող կառույցը՝ IRI-ն, պարբերաբար հարցումներ է անցկացնում ոչ միայն Հայաստանում, այլև աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում, իսկ այդ հարցումների արդյունքները հրապարակվում են և համարվում են ամենահավատարժաններից մեկը։ Վերջին հարցումը, որ Միջազգային հանրապետական ինստիտուտն իրականացրել և հրապարակել է, տեղի ունեցել է անցած տարվա հուլիսին, իսկ հարցումներն անցկացվել էին հունիսի ընթացքում։

Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, դրանից հետո ևս երկու անգամ հարցումներ են անցկացվել՝ նախ նոյեմբերին, ապա արդեն այս տարվա փետրվարին, և երկու դեպքում էլ այդ հարցումների արդյունքները չեն հրապարակվել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» խնդրանքով։ Նախօրեին Ազգային ժողովի նախագահն ընդունել է Միջազգային հանրապետական ինստիտուտի եվրասիական տարածաշրջանի տնօրեն Ստիվեն Նիքսին։ Պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունը ոչինչ չի ասում, բացի նրանից, որ քննարկել են ժողովրդավարական օրակարգը և երկկողմ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող այլ հարցեր։

Բուն հարցումների վերաբերյալ որևէ բառ հայտնի չէ, սակայն մեր աղբյուրը հայտնել է, որ Միջազգային հանրապետական ինստիտուտի ներկայացուցիչները վերջին օրերին փակ հանդիպումներ են ունեցել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության ղեկավարության, նաև արևմտամետ «Հանրապետություն» կուսակցության նախագահ Արամ Զավենի Սարգսյանի, ինչպես նաև մի քանի առաջատար ընդդիմադիր ուժերի հետ՝ նրանց ներկայացնելով հարցումների արդյունքները՝ պայմանով, որ դրանք որևէ կերպ չեն հրապարակվելու։ Իսկ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» խնդրանքն այն է, որպեսզի այդ հարցումները չհրապարակվեն, քանի որ, ի տարբերություն այլ կազմակերպությունների, Միջազգային հանրապետական ինստիտուտի հարցումները ավելի վստահելի են համարվում, իսկ վերջին հարցումներով Փաշինյանը բավականին լուրջ հետընթաց է արձանագրել, փոխարենը ընդդիմադիր ուժերն են զգալի առաջադիմել, և այժմ, ըստ գործող իշխանությունների, այդ հարցումների հրապարակումը կարող է ռումբի էֆեկտ ունենալ և փչացնել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» քարոզարշավը։

Ընդ որում, խնդրանքը փոխանցվել է ոչ միայն Միջազգային հանրապետական ինստիտուտին, այլև ԱԳՆ-ից Պետքարտուղարությանը։ Ժամանակին Հայաստանում հարցումներ էր անցկացնում նաև Դեմոկրատական կուսակցության ազգային ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտը՝ NDI-ը, սակայն վերջինս արդեն տևական ժամանակ պասիվություն է ցուցաբերում Հայաստանում և մի քանի տարի հարցումներ չի անցկացրել։
