ՊԵԿ-ը բացահայտել է խոշոր չափի` շուրջ 3.1 կգ քաշով թաքցված ոսկու ներմուծման դեպք

ՀՀ ՊԵԿ հետաքննության և օպերատիվ հետախուզության և էլեկտրոնային առևտրի օդային տրանսպորտով իրականացվող փոխադրումների վարչությունների համատեղ հսկողական աշխատանքների արդյունքում օրերս «Զվարթնոց» միջազգային օդանավակայանում բացահայտվել է խոշոր չափի` շուրջ 3.1 կգ քաշով թաքցված ոսկու ներմուծման դեպք։

Օպերատիվ տվյալներ էին ստացվել այն մասին, որ ՀՀ և ՌԴ քաղաքացի հանդիսացող անձը նախատեսում է ՌԴ-ից ՀՀ ներմուծել մեծ քանակությամբ ոսկի։ Ստացված տվյալներն իրացնելու նպատակով՝ «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայան ժամանելուն պես, քաղաքացին վերցվել է օպերատիվ հսկողության։ Նրա ուղեբեռի մանրակրկիտ հետազոտման արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է 3137 գրամ քաշով 4 հատ ոսկյա ձող։

Պարզվել է, որ ոսկյա ձողերը ներկված են եղել սև և արծաթագույն գույներով և տեղադրված ճամպրուկի ներսի եզրային հատվածներում այնպես, որ արտաքին տեսքով նմանվեն ճամպրուկի կառուցվածքային տարրերին։ Նման ձևափոխման և տեղադրման եղանակով փորձել են դժվարացնել ոսկիների հայտնաբերումը։ Ինչի մասին գրավոր հայտնել է նաև ներմուծում իրականացրած քաղաքացին։

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ հայտնաբերված ոսկու ընդհանուր շուկայական արժեքը կազմում է շուրջ 500,000 ԱՄՆ դոլար։ Ուսումնասիրվում են նաև գույքի ծագման աղբյուրները և դրա օրինականությունը հաստատող փաստաթղթերի առկայությունը։

Հաշվի առնելով, որ դեպքի առիթով պետությանը պատճառվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափի վնաս, հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտե, որտեղ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ և իրականացվում է նախաքննություն։

Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
