Ցավակցություն երկու օր անց

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ցավակցական հեռագիր է հղել Իրանի նախագահ Մասուդ Փեզեշքիանին՝ երկրի ղեկավարության և քաղաքացիների շրջանում գրանցված զոհերի կապակցությամբ: Մեծ անհանգստությամբ ենք հետևում Իրանի շուրջ տեղի ունեցող զարգացումներին։

Ընդունեք խնդրեմ իմ ցավակցությունները Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության ղեկավարության և քաղաքացիների շրջանում գրանցված զոհերի կապակցությամբ։ Մշտապես կհիշենք Իսլամական հեղափոխության գերագույն առաջնորդ Ալի Խամենեիի անձնական դերը Հայաստան-Իրան հարաբերությունների զարգացման գործում, - Կառավարության լրատվականի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասված է հեռագրում: Երեկ մի ցավակցություն էլ Արարատ Միրզոյանն էր հայտնել Իրանի Ագ նախարար Աբբաս Արաղչիին։

Ընդ որում, հայկական կողմն իր ցավակցությունները հայտնել էր կատարվածից ուղիղ երկու օր անց, մինչդեռ Ադրբեջանն, օրինակ, հենց հաջորդ օրն էր ցավակցություն հայտնել։ Պարզ չէ, թե ինչու է ուշացել պատոնական Երևանի արձագանքը, «ուրախ ավտոբուսով» շրջագայո՞ւմ էին և տեղյա՞կ չէին կատարվածից, թե՞ սպասում էին վերջում ցավակցելու։

Ամեն դեպքում Իրանում լավ են հասկանում, թե ինչ է կատարվում, իսկ դիվանագիտական հարցերում առավել քան ուշադիր և նրբանկատ են։ Ու եթե պատերազմից հետո էլ հայ-իրանական հարաբերությունները կրկին սրվեն, ապա միակ մեղավորն ու պատասխանոտւն հենց Փաշինյանի իշխանությունն է, որն իր դիլետանտության պատճառով ութ տարվա ընթացքում բազմիցս է խնդիրներ հարուցել ՀՀ-Իրան հարաբերություններում։
