Բոլորն էլ ընտրակաշառքի օրինակներ են. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Չնայած ընդամենը մի քանի ամիս իշխանությունները համարում էին, որ կա՛մ անհնար է թոշակ բարձրացնել, կա՛մ անիմաստ է (թոշակառուն շատ չգիտի՝ ինչպես ծախսել), սակայն օրերս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանկարծ կտրուկ որոշում կայացրեց ապրիլի 1-ից ավելացնել թոշակները։ Ավելին, նախօրեին էլ հայտարարեց, թե կառավարությունը յուրաքանչյուր տարի գնաճի չափով թոշակները բարձրացնելու որոշում կընդունի: Ոչ միայն փորձագիտական շրջանակները, այլև հանրության գերակշիռ մեծամասնությունը սա դիտարկում է նախընտրական տեսանկյունից:

Այդ կարծիքի հետ համաձայն է նաև «Հայաստանը ես եմ» նախաձեռնության ղեկավար, տնտեսագետ Նաիրի Սարգսյանը, որն այդ ամենը ընտրակաշառքի դիտանկյունից է քննարկում։ «Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վերջերս տարբեր գործողություններ է իրականացնում քվե ապահովելու համար։ Սկզբից որոշեց գնալ դասական քարոզչական «հնարքների» հետևից՝ հեծանվային արշավ, կնոջ հետ պոդքաստների վարում և այլն։ Տեսավ, որ արդյունք չի տալիս, խնդրեց Ամերիկային, որ փաստաթղթի ինչ-որ կտոր բերի՝ անունը դնելով «խաղաղության երաշխիքներ», որպեսզի կարողանա դրա հիման վրա քվե կորզել։ Բայց իր վարկանիշի վրա դա որևէ դրական ազդեցություն չթողեց, կամ շատ չնչին էր այդ ազդեցությունը։ Արդեն դիմեց ռեալ ընտրակաշառքների։ Ներդրեց առողջության համընդհանուր ապահովագրության համակարգը, որն ընտրություններից հետո ուղղակի պայթելու է։ Ընդդիմադիր հատվածը, մասնավորապես մենք ասում ենք, որ կենսաթոշակը հնարավոր է նվազագույնը դարձնել 100 հազար, միջինը՝ 150 հազար դրամ։ Շուտով հրապարակելու ենք դրա բանաձևը։ Հասկացան, որ պատասխան պետք է տան թոշակառուներին՝ եթե ներուժը կա, ինչո՞ւ չեն բարձրացնում կենսաթոշակը։ Արդյունքում գնացին ընտրակաշառքի։ 2026 թվականի բյուջեում այս մասին տող չկար, և նրանք միտում էլ չունեին կենսաթոշակները բարձրացնելու։ Զուգահեռ զինվորական ծառայությունը դարձրեցին 1,5 տարի։ Սրանք բոլորն ընտրակաշառքի օրինակներ են։ Ընդամենը կատարել են գործողություն՝ առանց հասկանալու, առանց հիմնավորման ու հաշվարկների, ընդամենը մի քիչ ավելի քվե կորզելու համար»,-«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասում է Նաիրի Սարգսյանն ու հավելում, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին միշտ համարել է քաղաքական դերակատար և ոչ թե պետական գործիչ ու պետական դերակատար:

«Որովհետև իր միակ խնդիրն իր ընտրված ժամանակահատվածը, այդ թվում՝ պետական միջոցները, բյուջեն և ամեն ինչ ծառայեցնելն է հաջորդ անգամ ընտրվելու և ոչ թե պետության հիմքերն ամրապնդելու համար։ Պետության հիմքերը թուլացնելով՝ նա իր վերարտադրության հարցն է լուծում։ Նա անարժան գործիչ է՝ որպես պետական գործիչ»,-ամփոփում է Սարգսյանը։
