«Ucom Ֆելլոուշիփ» ինկուբացիոն ծրագրի մասնակիցներն այցելեցին Ucom

Ucom-ի աջակցությամբ՝ Իմփաքթ Հաբ Երևանի կողմից արդեն երկրորդ տարին կազմակերպվող «Ucom Ֆելլոուշիփ» ինկուբացիոն ծրագրի մասնակցիներն այցելեցին Ucom-ի գրասենյակ, որտեղ հանդիպեցին ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանին։ 

«Արդյունավետ կառավարում և առաջնորդություն» թեմայի շուրջ զրույցի ընթացքում պարոն Յիրիկյանը ներկայացրեց  կառավարման՝ տասնամյակների փորձի ընթացքում ձևավորված իր սկզբունքները, կիսվեց հետաքրքիր դրվագներով և պատասխանեց մասնակիցների հարցերին։ 

Այցն իրականացվել է մեկ տարի տևողությամբ «Ucom Ֆելլոուշիփ» ծրագրի շրջանակում։ Այս ընթացքում կազմակերպվել են անհատական դասընթացներ, մենթորության սեսիաներ, ստեղծվել են

տարբեր համագործակցությունների հաստատման հնարավորություններ։ Տրանսֆորմացիոն այս ծրագրի նպատակն է աջակցել Հայաստանի կանաչ նորարարների նոր սերնդի ձեռնարկատերերին, որոնք մշակում են տեխնոլոգիական լուծումներ՝ շրջակա միջավայրի կայունության համար, այդ թվում կանաչ էներգիայի, ագրոտեխնոլոգիաների, էկոտուրիզմի և շրջանաձև տնտեսության ոլորտներում: 

«Որպես կանաչ ընկերություն՝ Ucom-ը կարևորում է այն նախաձեռնությունները, որոնք նպաստում են շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանությանը և կայուն զարգացմանը։ Մենք հավատում ենք, որ նորարարական տեխնոլոգիաները կարող են առանցքային դեր ունենալ կանաչ լուծումների ստեղծման գործում, և ուրախ ենք աջակցելու այն ձեռնարկատերերին ու նորարարներին, որոնք իրենց գաղափարներով նպաստում են Հայաստանի ավելի կայուն և էկոլոգիապես պատասխանատու ապագային», - նշել է Ucom-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը։

«Իմփաքթ Հաբ Երևանի համար առանցքային նշանակություն ունի մեր ծրագրերի մասնակիցներին ոչ միայն տեսական գիտելիքներով, այլև իրական փորձով զինելը։ Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանի հետ այս անմիջական հանդիպումը մեր ֆելոուների համար բացառիկ հնարավորություն էր։ Նմանատիպ փորձի փոխանակումը վճռական դեր ունի մեր կանաչ նորարարների համար, քանի որ օգնում է նրանց տեսնել իրենց ստարտափների աճի հեռանկարը և գաղափարները վերածել կայուն, լայնածավալ ազդեցություն ունեցող բիզնեսների», - ասել է Իմփաքթ Հաբ Երևանի ծրագրերի տնօրեն Թիջեյ Ճղըլեանը:

Նախաձեռնությանը մասնակցելու համար ընտրվել էր տասը գաղափար, այդ թվում՝ նեյլոնե հնամաշ զուգագուլպաների վերամշակմամբ ստեղծվող դիմացկուն գորգերի Eco Habit-ը,  բազմակի օգտագործման մեղրամոմե սննդի փաթեթավորման միջոցներ արտադրող Bee Green-ը, արհեստական բանականության վրա հիմնված ուսուցման հարթակ SeElabUS, և այլ գաղափարներ։ 

Նախագծի ավարտին թիմերը կներկայացնեն այս ամիսների ընթացքում իրենց մշակած պրոդուկտները, իսկ լավագույն նախագիծը կստանա ֆինանսական մրցանակ՝ այն կյանքի կոչելու համար։
