2025թ. հունիսի 25-ից Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանը գտնվում է կալանավայրում:
 
Հայաստանի իշխանությունը, Հայ Եկեղեցեու և Ամենայն Հայոց կաթողիկոսի դեմ պայքարը խստացնելու համար որոշեց «չեզոքացնել» Հայաստանում ամենամեծ հանրային կոնսոլիդացիա ապահոված մարդուն, ով նաև Հայ Եկեղեցու եպիսկոպոս է:
 
25.06.2025Թ. ԲԱԳՐԱՏ ՍՐԲԱԶԱՆԸ, ԻՐ ՀԵՏ ՆԵՎ 17 ԱՆՄԵՂ ՄԱՐԴԻԿ, ՄԵՂԱԴՐՎՈՒՄ ԵՆ ԻԲՐԵՎ ԱՀԱԲԵԿՉՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ ԵՎ ԻՇԽԱՆՈՒԹՅԱՆ ԶԱՎԹՈՒՄ ՊԼԱՆԱՎՈՐԵԼՈՒ ՄԵՋ:
 
Պարզվեց՝ գրեթե մեկ տարի ապօրինի գաղտնալսվել է Սրբազանի կեցավայրը: Մեկ տարվա ընթացքում առարկայական ոչինչ չգտնելով՝ ԱԱԾ-ն ու ՔԿ-ն կոնտեքտից կտրատեցին և իրար միացրեցին խաղաղ ցույցների պլանավորման և կենցաղային բնույթի խոսակցություններ և հրապարակեցին դրանք։ Իշխանությունը իր ամբողջ ռեսուրսն ուղղեց այդ կեղծված գաղտնալսումների տարածմանը, որում Սրբազանն իբր խոսում է քաղաքացիական անձանց գնդակահարելու պատրաստության մասին:
 
Բագրատ Սրբազանի հետ ձերբակալված համախոհների թվում էին ոչ միայն նրա օգնականները, մամուլի պատասխանատուն, այլ նաև նահատակ հերոսի հայր, Արցախի և ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավորներ, գործարարներ, բլոգեր և այլոք, ինչով նաև փորձ արեցին վախեցնել տարբեր ոլորտներում գործող ընդդիմադիր հայացքներով անձանց:
 
11.08.2025թ. – ԲԱԳՐԱՏ ՍՐԲԱԶԱՆԻ ՊԱՇՏՊԱՆԸ ՀՐԱՊԱՐԱԿՈՒՄ Է ԱՊԱՑՈՒՅՑՆԵՐ ՁԱՅՆԱԳՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐԻ ԿԵՂԾՎԱԾ ԼԻՆԵԼՈՒ ՄԱՍԻՆ
 
Պաշտպանի հրապարակած ամբողջական խոսակցությունների ձայնագրություններով ապացուցվում է, որ Սրբազանը չի' պլանավորել որևէ անձի կյանքից զրկելը, և իշխանությունների տարածած ձայնագրությունը մոնտաժված է ու կոնտեքստից կտրված:
 
19.08.2025թ. – ՍԿՍՎՈՒՄ Է ԴԱՏԱՎԱՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆԸ
 
Տեղեկատվական ահաբեկչության ակտը «բարեհաջող» իրականացնելուց երկու ամիս անց ՔԿ-ն գործն ուղարկում է դատարան։ Վեց ամսվա դատավարության ընթացքից հետո պրոպագանդայի ժամանակն ավարտվել է. հիմա ժամանակն է, որ դատախազները բաց ու թափանցիկ ներկայացնեն, թե ինչ կոնկրետ ապացույցներ ունեն, որոնք վկայում են այդպիսի ծանր հանցանքների`ահաբեկչության և իշխանության զավթան մասին։ Դատախազները խուսափում են անել դա։
 
6 ամիս փաստացի պատժիչ կալանք կրելուց հետո 18 արդարներից մեծ մասի խափանման միջոցը փոխվեց այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոցի։ Կալանավայրում մնացել միայն Բագրատ Սրբազանը։
 
Բայց ինչպես ասում է Սրբազանը. «Ինձ ոչ ոք ազատությունից ո'չ զրկել է, ո'չ էլ կարող է զրկել, որովհետև ո'չ իմ կյանքն է ձեր իշխանության ներքո, ո'չ էլ իմ ազատությունը:
 
Այնպես որ, ով որ անազատ է, թող նա մտածի, թե ում ձեռքին է կալանավոր և ինչով է կալանավոր` փողով, պաշտոնով, տուն պահելու ցանկությամբ, վախերով, հեռաձայններով»:
