Իրանի դեմ պատերազմը անդառնալիորեն փոխում է տարածաշրջանի պատկերը

Իրանի դեմ ռազմական գործողությունների արդեն երրորդ օրն է։ Թե՛ ԱՄՆ-ն ու Իսրայելն իրենց դաշնակիցներով, թե՛ Թեհրանը հետքայլ անելու որևէ մտադրություն չունեն։ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը կարծում է, որ Վաշինգտոնի ռազմական գործողությունը Իրանում կարող է շարունակվել հաջորդ չորս շաբաթների ընթացքում: Սպիտակ տան ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ ամեն ինչ ընթանում է ըստ ծրագրի:

ԱՄՆ-ն «ոչնչացրել է» Իրանի ղեկավարությանը, պնդել է պետության ղեկավարը՝ հավելելով, որ խոսքը, հավանաբար, վերաբերում է 48 անձանց: Միևնույն ժամանակ, ամերիկյան զինվորականներ էլ ընդունում են, որ սխալվել են Իրանի դիմադրողականության հարցում, չէին պատկերացնում նման կոշտ պատասխան Իրանից։ Ուժերն, իհարկե, հավասար չեն, ինչ-որ պահի Իրանը զիջումների պետք է գնա, բայց որքան դիմադրի, այնքան զիջումները քիչ կլինեն։

Այս պատերազմն անդառնալիորեն փոխում է թե՛ տարածաշրջանի պատկերը, թե՛ գլոբալ աշխարհաքաղաքական իրավիճակը։ Նավթի համաշխարհային գները մեկ օրում աճել են մինչև 13%՝ ԱՄՆ-Իրան լարվածության ֆոնին։ Brent-ը հասել է 82.37 դոլարի, ապա կայունացել շուրջ 78 դոլարի մակարդակում։ Պարադոքսալ կարող է հնչել, բայց սա բխում է առաջին հերթին ՌԴ շահերից, որի եկամուտների մեծ մասը հենց նավթից է ստացվում։ Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանն առայժմ չեն հայտնվել Իրանի թիրախում։ Նախ, որ ամերիկյան զինուժի ներկայություն չկա այդ երկրներում, նաև հայտարարել են չեզոքություն պահպանելու մասին։

Մինչդեռ, եթե «Թրամփի ուղին» արդեն մեկնարկեր, Հայաստանն էլ կարող էր հայտնվել հարավային հզոր հարևանի հրթիռակոծության ներքո։ Չեզոքությունն այսօր միակ հնարավորությունն է փոքր պետությունների համար՝ մեծերի ոտքի տակ չհայտնվելու համար։ Այդուհանդերձ, այս պատերազմը թե՛ քաղաքական, թե՛ տնտեսական իմաստով դեռ շատ խնդիրներ է հարուցելու Հայաստանի համար։ Իսկ ՀՀ իշխանությունները, ռիսկերը գնահատելու փոխարեն, զբաղված են «ուրախ ավտոբուսով մարզերում շրջագայելով։
