Փաշինյանը շարունակում է խուսանավել մոդուլային ատոմակայանի հարցում

Հայաստանը դեռ վերջնական որոշում չունի, թե որ երկրի հետ է համագործակցելու մոդուլային ատոմային կայան կառուցելու հարցում։ Լեհաստանի միջազգային հարաբերությունների ինստիտուտում Լեհաստանում օտարերկրյա դեսպանների, դիվանագետների և վերլուծական կենտրոնների ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ օրերս այդ մասին ասել էր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ պատասխանելով հարցին, թե արդյոք արդեն որոշվել է, թե որ երկիրն է Հայաստանում կառուցելու նոր ատոմակայանը, քանի որ 10 տարի հետ նախատեսվում է փակել գործող Մեծամորի ատոմակայանը։

«Մենք հիմա մեծ ատոմակայանի կարիք չունենք։ Ուստի, մեր փորձագետների գնահատականով մեզ պետք է փոքր ատոմակայան, և ահա թե ինչու մենք նախնական որոշում ենք կայացրել, որ փոքր մոդուլային տիպի ատոմակայան ենք ունենալու։ Հիմա մենք քննարկում ենք այդ հնարավորությունը մեր գործընկերների հետ։ Մենք դա քննարկում ենք ԱՄՆ-ի Ռուսաստանի, Չինաստանի, Հարավային Կորեայի, Ֆրանսիայի հետ։ Մենք որոնում ենք լավագույն առաջարկը մեր երկրի համար, և այս գործընթացը շարունակվում է,  դեռևս վերջնական որոշում չունենք, քանի որ հետազոտում ենք տարբեր առաջարկներ»,- ասել է Փաշինյանը։

ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահ Ջեյ Դի Վենսի՝ Երևան կատարած այցի ընթացքում ստորագրվեց խաղաղ միջուկային համագործակցության շուրջ հայտարարությունը, իսկ հաջորդած ճեպազրույցում ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահն ասաց. «Մենք նաև շատ հպարտ ենք հայտարարել, որ մեր երկրներն ավարտել են քաղաքացիական միջուկային համագործակցության 1-2-3 համաձայնագրի շուրջ բանակցությունները։ Երբ այն ամբողջությամբ հաստատվի, դա կհարթի ճանապարհն ամերիկյան և հայկական ընկերությունների համար՝ կնքելու քաղաքացիական միջուկային նախագծերի վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրեր։ Դա նշանակում է մինչև 5 միլիարդ դոլար սկզբնական ամերիկյան արտահանում, գումարած լրացուցիչ 4 միլիարդ դոլարի երկարաժամկետ աջակցություն վառելիքի և սպասարկման պայմանագրերի միջոցով»։

Հայկական կողմը դրանից հետո շարունակում է մանիպուլացնել, թե դեռ շարունակվում են քննարկումները այլ երկրների, այդ թվում՝ ՌԴ-ի հետ մոդուլային ատոմակայան կառուցելու համար։ Մինչդեռ, փաստն այն է, որ պաշտոնական Երևանը վաղուց կատարել է իր ընտրությունը՝ նախապատվությունը տալով ամերիկյանին։ Իսկ այս խուսանավումներն ընդամենը նպատակ ունեն մինչև ԱԺ ընտրությունները չգրգռել պաշտոնական Մոսկվային։
