Մհեր Ավետիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
 
Ժողովուրդ ջան, հիմա տեսաք՝ Միացյալ Նահանգներ-ը օվկիանոսի այն կողմից եկան ու ինչ սարքեցին մեր ռեգիոնում՝ բացառապես իրենց պետական շահերի ու իրենց գեոպոլիտիկ հետաքրքրությունների համար։
 
Հիմա գոնե պետք է հասկանանք, որ չի կարելի թույլ տալ, որ մեր ռեգիոնից դուրս պետությունները իրենց շահերը սպասարկելու համար քիթները խոթեն մեր ռեգիոնի խնդիրների մեջ։ Հիմա գոնե պետք է հասկանանք, որ այո՛, մեր տարածաշրջանի խնդիրները պետք է լուծենք Ռուսաստան-ի առաջարկած 3+3-ով, այսինքն՝ մեր ռեգիոնի խաղացողների շահերը հաշվի առնելով, հետաքրքրությունները հաշվի առնելով, և պետք է թույլ չտանք Արևմուտքը քիթը խոթի մեր տարածաշրջան։
 
Իսկ մենք ինչ ենք անում. մենք Թրամփի անունով Մեղրիում ճանապարհ ենք կառուցում, մենք թույլ ենք տալիս, որ Միացյալ Նահանգներ-ը իրենց հետաքրքրությունները առաջ բրդեն մեր պետական շահերի հաշվին։
 
Հիշեք,, ինչ էլ անենք, մեր շահերը Արևմուտքի հետ չեն համընկնում։ Հայաստանը Արևմուտքի հետ գեոպոլիտիկ և առհասարակ որևէ համընկնող շահ չունի։ Հայաստանի շահերը համընկնում են բացառապես ու միմիայն Ռուսաստան-ի հետ։
 
Մեր միակ բարեկամն ու դաշնակիցը Ռուսաստանն է, և եթե մենք ուզում ենք ունենալ պետականություն, խաղաղություն, մենք պետք է կանգնենք Ռուսաստանի կողքին։ Սա պետք է հասկանալ։ Սա մենք այսօր մեր աչքով տեսնում ենք։ Սա հեքիաթներ չեն, սա պատմություն չէ։ Սա այն ամենն է, ինչ մենք այսօր ուղղակի տեսնում ենք մեր աչքերով։
 
Եվ եթե ունենանք խորամտություն, խելք, մենք դասեր կքաղենք այն ամենից, ինչ տեսնում ենք, և մեր պետական շահերից ելնելով կկառուցենք մեր երկրի անվտանգության ճարտարապետությունը բացառապես ռուսների հետ։
 
Հակառակ պարագայում մեր տարածաշրջանում երբեք խաղաղություն չի լինելու, և եթե մենք շարունակենք այս ճանապարհով գնալ, ցավոք սրտի, իմ այս խոսքերը իրականություն կդառնան, և մենք մեր մաշկի վրա կզգանք Արևմուտքի բերած «բարիքների» ողջ ճոխությունը։
 
Հիմա ամերիկացիները օվկիանոսի ափին նստած՝ հեռվից հետևում են, թե ինչպես են ռեգիոնի ժողովուրդները տառապում, ռմբակոծում մեկը մյուսին, և այս ավերածությունների ու թշնամական մթնոլորտում ռեգիոնի ժողովուրդներն են ապրում։
 
Միացյալ Նահանգներ-ը իրենց շահերը կօգտագործեն ու հանգիստ իրենց համար կապրեն օվկիանոսի մյուս ափին՝ թքած ունենալով տեղի ժողովուրդների ապագայի վրա։
