Ընտրակաշառք օրը ցերեկով

Ընտրություններից ընդամենը 2 ամիս առաջ Հայաստանում թոշակները կբարձրացնեն։ Վաղ առավոտյան Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը տեսանյութ է տարածել՝ հայտնելով, թե համեմատաբար ցածր թոշակները կավելանան 10 հազար դրամով, համեմատաբար բարձրերը՝ ավելի քիչ։ Փաշինյանը մի քանի պատճառ է նշել, թե ինչու են հենց հիմա բարձրացնում կենսաթոշակները։ Ըստ նրա՝ դրանք են 2025 թ. տնտեսական աճի՝ կանխատեսվածից շատ լինելը, առողջության ապահովագրության համակարգի ներդրման հետ կապված ծախսերի հաշվարկը։ Փաշինյանին երկրորդել է ԱՍՀ նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը՝ մանրամասնելով, թե ինչպես և որքանով կբարձրանան քաղաքացիներին տրվող կենսաթոշակներն ու հաշմանդամության նպաստները։

Ըստ նախարարի՝ բոլորին տրվող թոշակներն ավելանալու են 10 հազար դրամով։ Բարձրանալու են նաև զինվորական երկարամյա ծառայության կենսաթոշակները։ Բացի այս բարձրացումից՝ քաղաքացիներն իրենք էլ կարող են ևս մինչև 10 հազար դրամով բարձրացնել իրենց կենսաթոշակը՝ հետվճարի ծրագրով։ Թոշակների բարձրացումը, իհարկե, լավ բան է, հատկապես երբ դեռ անցած տարի իշխանությունները պնդում էին, թե թոշակներ բարձրացնելու ռեսուրս չունեն։ Իսկ այժմ՝ ընտրություններից ամիսներ առաջ, թոշակներ են բարձրացնում, ինչը ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան սովորական ընտրակաշառք։ Հայաստանում կա շուրջ 500 000 կենսաթոշակառու, իսկ քվեարկելու իրավունք ունեցող քաղաքացիների ընդհանուր թիվը 2 489 031 է։ Ըստ տարբեր հարցումների՝ այսօր Հայաստանի բնակչության քաղաքականապես ամենաակտիվ և մոտիվացված հատվածը տարիքով մարդիկ են, և Փաշինյանն ակնհայտորեն փորձում է նոր կողմնակիցներ ներգրավել։

Իսկ փետրվարի 7-ին ուժի մեջ մտած իրավակարգավորումներով ԿԸՀ-ն հանգիստ կարող է մերժել Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր կուսակցության գրանցումը։ ԿԸՀ-ն, բնականաբար, նման քայլի չի գնա, իրավապահներն էլ քրեական վարույթ չեն հարուցի Փաշինյանի դեմ՝ ընտրակաշառքի գործով։ Փոխարենը թիրախում ընդդիմադիր կուսակցություններն ու դաշինքներն են լինելու, որոնց յուրաքանչյուր բառը լինելու է մանրադիտակի տակ։
