Փաշինյանը քավության նոխազներ է գտել

Հայաստանում վերջին օրերին հրազենի կիրառմամբ տեղի ունեցած սպանությունները, քրեական իրավիճակի խիստ սրումը, ինչպես նաև իրավապահների անգործությունը խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ լուրջ վնաս կարող են հասցնել գործող իշխանությունների վարկանիշին։ Բնական է, որ փաշինյանական իշխանությունը պետք է քավության նոխազներ գտներ՝ ողջ մեղքը նրանց վրա բարդելու համար, և, ըստ էության, Փաշինյանը այդպիսի նոխազներ գտել է։ Ներքին գործերի նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը ոստիկանության ղեկավար կազմում փոփոխություններ է առաջարկել։

Ըստ նախարարության խոսնակ Նարեկ Սարգսյանի՝ կադրային փոփոխությունների վերաբերյալ հավելյալ կհայտնեն, բայց և հայտնի է, որ աշխատանքից ազատվել են ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալ, ՔՈԳՎ պետ Վարդան Վարդանյանը, պարեկային ծառայության պետ, փոխոստիկանապետ Արթուր Խուդինյանը և ՀՈԳՎ պետ, փոխոստիկանապետ Կարեն Հակոբյանը։ Հենց վերջիններիս էլ փորձելու են դարձնել քրեական իրավիճակի սրման գլխավոր մեղավորներ՝ իբր չեն կարողանում բավարար չափով կանխել հանցագործությունները։

Գլխավոր պատասխանատուն, ըստ էության, ներքին գործերի նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանն է, բայց վերջինից ազատվելու որևէ ռեսուրս և ցանկություն Փաշինյանը չունի, փոխարենը երկարամյա ոստիկանների է հեռացնում։ Իսկ իրականում խնդիրն այն է, որ քրեական իրավիճակը երկրում սրվել է միայն մեկ պատճառով, քանի որ ոստիկանությունը գրեթե ամբողջ կազմով վերածվել է ընդդիմության դեմ հետապնդումներ իրականացնող գործիքի և հանցագործությունները կանխելու, իր բուն գործառույթները կատարելու փոխարեն զբաղված է քաղաքական հարցեր լուծելով։

Բնականաբար, նման պայմաններում քրեական հանցագործները գլուխ են բարձրացնելու, խնդիրներ են հարուցելու մարդկանց համար։ Եվ եթե ինչ-որ անձինք պետք է հեռացվեին զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից, դա Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու նրա քաղաքական թիմի անդամ նախարարն են։
