Եվրամիությունն ու ԱՄՆ-ը ամեն ինչ անում են Փաշինյանի վերընտրության համար

Եվրամիությունը պատրաստվում է օգնել Հայաստանին հունիսին նախատեսված խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում Ռուսաստանի միջամտությունից խուսափելու համար՝ նախ տեղակայելով Կրեմլի ապատեղեկատվության դեմ պայքարող «հիբրիդային արագ արձագանքման խումբ», ապա հնարավոր է՝ Հարավային Կովկասի այս երկրում ավելի մշտական քաղաքացիական առաքելություն։ Հաստատվեցին օրեր առաջ մեր հայտնած տեղեկությունները, թե ՀՀ իշխանությունները դիմել են Եվրամիությանը՝ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ խմբեր ուղարկել Հայաստան՝ «հիբրիդային սպառնալիքներին արձագանքելու համար»։

«Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի տրամադրության տակ է Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարի՝ Բրյուսել հասցեագրված նամակը, որով Արարատ Միրզոյանը փետրվարի 13-ին խնդրել է արագ արձագանքման խումբ ուղարկել Երևան։ ԵՄ-ն նմանատիպ՝ մոտ 20 հոգանոց խումբ էր ուղարկել Քիշնև՝ անցյալ տարվա խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ժամանակ՝ աջակցելու Մոլդովայի իշխանություններին սոցիալական ցանցերում Ռուսաստանից տարածվող ապատեղեկատվության վաղ հայտնաբերման և հակազդման գործում։ Ե՛վ Բրյուսելը, և՛ Քիշնևը այդ նախագիծը հաջողված են համարել, և Եվրամիությունն այժմ ցանկանում է նույնն իրականացնել նաև Հայաստանի համար՝ կարևորագույն ընտրությունների շեմին, որոնց վրա, ինչպես սպասվում է, Ռուսաստանը կփորձի ազդել։ Բրյուսելում քննարկումներից ստացված դիվանագիտական նոտաների համաձայն՝ ԵՄ-ն մտադիր է «աջակցություն հայտնել Հայաստանի ժողովրդավարական դիմադրողականության և տեղեկատվական ամբողջականության ամրապնդմանն ինչպես 2026 թվականի հունիսի ընտրություններից առաջ, այնպես էլ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ընթացող խաղաղության գործընթացի ընթացքում», հավելելով, որ «Հայաստանին առաջարկվող աջակցությունը պետք է հստակորեն ուղղված լինի Ռուսաստանի կողմից ապակայունացնող գործունեության նվազեցմանը և մեղմացմանը»։ Սա ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան «մոլդովական սցենարը» Հայաստանում գործի դնելու շղթաներից մեկը։ ԵՄ-ն Փաշինյանին քարտ-բլանշ է տվել ցանկացած ապօրինություն գործելու համար, միայն թե նրան հաջողվի վերարտադրվել։ Փաշինյանի վերարտադրությունը կենսական նշանակություն ունի նաև ԱՄՆ-ի համար։

«Թուրան» գործակալության՝ Պետդեպում պաշտոնական թղթակից Ալեքս Ռաուֆօղլուն, ով հայտնի էր դարձել, երբ առաջինն էր հայտնել օգոստոսի 8-ի հանդիպման մասին, ծավալուն հոդված է հրապարակել՝ նշելով, թե ԱՄՆ-ը ակտիվանում է Հարավային Կովկասում։ Ատլանտյան խորհրդի Եվրասիական կենտրոնի ներկայացուցիչ Էնդրյու Դ’Անիերին էլ նշել է, թե ամենակարևոր գործոնը Հայաստանում առաջիկայում անցկացվելիք խորհրդարանական ընտրություններն են։ «Այս պահին ամենամեծ հարցը վերաբերում է Հայաստանում կայանալիք ընտրություններին»,– ասել է նա՝ նշելով, որ Փաշինյանի կուսակցությունը պետք է ևս մեկ անգամ մանդատ ստանա՝ իշխանության մնալու համար։
