Իշխանությունը կորցնելու ռիսկն օր օրի աճում է, քանի որ ընդդիմադիր դաշտում հետաքրքրիր վերադասավորումներ են տեղի ունենում. Աննա Կոստանյան

Բոլոր ուղղություններով կառավարումը տապալածները, պետության գլխին երկու-երեք պատերազմ բերածները մեկը մյուսին հերթ չտալով` առօրյա կարգապահությամբ հաթաթա են տալիս, որ թույլ չեն տալու իշխանափոխություն լինի` հաստատելով նախընտրական շրջանում առավել ընդգծված իրենց անթաքույց վախերը: Հասկանում են, որ իշխանությունը կորցնելու ռիսկն օր օրի աճում է, քանի որ ընդդիմադիր դաշտում հետաքրքրիր վերադասավորումներ են տեղի ունենում, որոնք վստահաբար մեծացնելու են ընտրությունների միջոցով նոր իշխանություն ձևավորելու շանսերը, ըստ այդմ սկսել են ամենականխատեսելի տարբերակներով կաշառել քաղաքացիներին:

Բոլորովին վերջերս էր վարչապետ Փաշինյանը կառավարության նիստերից մեկի ժամանակ վստահեցնում, թե «թոշակառուների ինչի՞ն ա պետք ավել 10.000 դրամը, միևնույնն է չեն իմանալու ինչի վրա ծախսել», իսկ այ կառավարությունը լավ գիտի ինչպես տնօրինել տարեցների կենսաթոշակները` ուղղելով առողջության ապահովագրման անհասկանալի համակարգին ու ներդնելով ոչ պակաս անհասկանալի հետվճարի համակարգը: Սրան հաջորդեց պաշտոնյաներին միլիոնավոր դրամների պարգևավճարներ բաժանելու աբսուրդային որոշումը, որն ի դեպ օրինականացված կաշառք է, սակայն հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի` պարգևավճար ստացած նախագահը տարօրինակ զուգադիպությամբ այդպես չի կարծում, իսկ ինչու՞, որովհետև շահերի բախում ունի, քանի որ ինքն էլ է ստացել, սակայն վախենում է հրապարակել ստացածի չափը:

Այսօր առավոտ կանուխ, պարգևավճարների չեմպիոն Փաշինյանը շտապեց ազդարարել, որ ապրիլի 1-ից թոշակները կբարձրանան 10.000 դրամով, այո, այո, այն նույն Փաշինյանը, ով պնդում էր, որ պետք չէ բարձրացնել, տարվա մեկնարկի արդեն երկրորդ ամիսն է, իսկ բյուջետային պլանավորումը դեռ նախորդ տարի է արվել, պետական միջոցների հատկացումներն էլ նախապես հաշվարկվել ու նախատեսվել են բոլոր ուղղություններով, հանկարծ որոշում է թոշակ բարձրացնել: Տարվա առաջին եռամսյակի կեսին հապճեպ ու հանպատրաստից այս քայլով Փաշինյանը շտապում է կանխել մոտալուտ պարտությունն ընտրություններին, քանզի ինչով, եթե ոչ սոցիալական ապահովության կտերով կարելի է շահել խոցելի խմբերի սիրտը, որ իրեն հերթական անգամ ձայն տան` պահպանելու կեղծ խաղաղություն բերածի, սոցիալական ու տնտեսական աճ ապահովածի ու Վաշինգտոնի փողոցներից ավելի լավ ասֆալտ փռածի նույն չափ կեղծ համբավը:
