Ո՞ւմ կենսաթոշակները կբարձրանան և որքանով. ներկայացրել է Արսեն Թորոսյանը

Ինչպես արդեն հայտնել էինք Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը սոցիալական ցանցի իր էջում տեսանյութ է հրապարակել և հայտնել, որ ապրիլի 1-ից կբարձրանան կենսաթոշակները։

ԱՍՀ նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը սոցցանցի իր էջում տեսանյութ է հրապարակել՝ մանրամասնելով, թե ինչպես և որքանով կբարձրանան քաղաքացիներին տրվող կենսաթոշակներն ու հաշմանդամության նպաստները։

Ըստ նախարարի, բոլորին տրվող թոշակներն ավելանալու են 10 հազար դրամով։ Բարձրանալու են նաև զինվորական երկարամյա ծառայության կենսաթոշակները։

«Մեր կենսաթոշակները հաշվարկվում են տարբեր բանաձևերով, որի մեջ էական դեր ունի հիմնական կենսաթոշակ հասկացությունը, որ այս պահին 24․000 դրամ է, այն բարդ դառնալու է 34․000 դրամ, այսինքն բոլոր կենսաթոշակները, որոնք հաշվարկվում են 24.000 դրամը ներառյալ, այսուհետ հաշվարկվելու են 34.000 դրամը ներառյալ և հետևաբար բոլորի կենսաթոշակները, որոնք այդ հիմքով հաշվարկվում են, բարձրանալու են 10.000 դրամով։

Նաև բարձրանալու է նվազագույն կենսաթոշակը, որը այս պահին 36.000 դրամ է և հետևաբար այն դառնալու է 46.000 դրամ, դա նշանակում է, որ նաև բարձրանալու է ծերության նպաստը։ Դա այն կենսաթոշակն է, այսպես ասած, որ վճարվում է այն քաղաքացիներին, որոնք չունեն բավարար աշխատանքային ստաժ, այսինքն դրանից ցածր կենսաթոշակ կամ ծերության նպաստ չի լինելու։

Բարձրանալու է նաև հաշմանդամության նպաստները՝ առաջին, երկրորդ և երրորդ խմբի հաշմանդամների համար, ինչպես նաև միջին ծանր և խոր ֆունկցիոնալ սահմանափակում ունեցող անձանց համար, համապատասխանաբար 10․000 դրամ։ 36,  37.5 և 39․000 դրամի փոխարեն դրանք դառնալու են 46,  47.5 և 49․000 դրամ։

Բարձրանալու են նաև զինվորական երկարամյա ծառայության կենսաթոշակները։

Այստեղ սակայն բանաձևը մի փոքր այլ է և որոշ դեպքերում տարբեր չափ է բարձրանալու, քանի որ երկու փոփոխական կա, միջին բարձրացումը կլինի մոտավորապես 8000-8500 դրամի շրջանակներում, բայց որոշ դեպքերում այն կլինի 10․000-ից ավել, ընդհուպ մինչև 15․000 դրամ, որոշ դեպքերում մի փոքր ավելի ցածր, որովհետև նրան այդ կենսաթոշակները արդեն իսկ բավական բարձր են, միջինը մոտ 10․0000 դրամ շրջանակներում է այս կենսաթոշակները։

Բարձրանալու են նաև մնացած որոշ մեր քաղաքացիներին վճարվող կենսաթոշակները, որոնք թվով ավելի փոքր են կերակրողին կորցնելու կենսաթոշակ և այդպես շարունակ։ Ապրիլի մեկից ըստ էության բոլորը ստանալու են այդ տարբերակով և այս ամենը չհաշված հետվճարը որի հնարավորությունը մնում է կենսաթոշակների և նպաստների 20%-ի չափով առավելագույնը 10․000 դրամ և հետևաբար յուրաքանչյուր Յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի, ըստ էության, իր կենսաթոշակը կարող է բարձրացնել, բացի այս 10,000 դրամ բարձրացումից, ևս մինչև 10,000 դրամով, դրանով իսկ նաև խրախուսելով, որպեսզի ստվերի շրջանառությունը փոքրանա և պետական բյուջեն մեծանա, որը որ նորից դառնալու է կենսաթոշակ»,-ասել է Արսեն Թորոսյանը նշելով, որ դեռ էլի կբացատրեն մանրամասները։
