Սամվել Կարապետյանը գնալու է մինչև վերջ՝ երկրում աղքատության հաղթահարում, անվտանգության ապահովում․ բերելու է այս փոփոխություններն իր դեմքով․ Նարեկ Կարապետյան

Կարծում եմ՝ առաջնահերթ հարցը Հայաստանի համար այս երկրի այսօրվա ղեկավարին, քանի որ նա այս ծանրությունը, այս պատասխանատվությունը չի կարողանում էֆեկտիվ տանել, փոփոխումն է, բայց մեր քայլերն ամբողջությամբ միտված են նրան, որ ունենանք մեր հասարակության աջակցությունը։ Այս մասին «Ազատությանը» տված հարցազրույցում ասել է «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության քաղաքական խորհրդի անդամ Նարեկ Կարապետյանը:

Հարցին՝ իշխանությունը վստահ է, որ ի վերջո վարչապետ է դառնելու Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, Նարեկ Կարապետյանը պատասխանել է․ «Սամվել Կարապետյանը՝ որպես գործիչ իր մասշտաբով հաստատ, և այն ծրագիրը, որ մենք առաջարկում ենք, հաստատ նա չունի այդ խնդիրը և չի էլ կարող ունենալ, ով որ հասկանում է մասշտաբները, նա կհասկանա, որ այս ծանրության տակ մտնելով՝ նա մինչև վերջ գնալու է, և մինչև վերջը նշանակում է երկրում աղքատության հաղթահարումը, անվտանգության ապահովումը: Նա գնալու է մինչև վերջ իր դեմքով, իր անունով, իր բոլոր հնարավորությունները թողած՝ Հայաստանում այս պրոցեսը սկսելով, յոթ ամիս շարունակ ԱԱԾ մեկուսարանում լինելով՝ նա գնալու է մինչև վերջ և երկրում բերելու է այդ փոփոխություններն իր դեմքով: Մեր վարչապետի թեկնածուն, իհարկե, Սամվել Կարապետյանն է»։

Նարեկ Կարապետյանն անդրադարձել է նաև հարցին, որ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը հայտարարել է, որ նախկին որևէ նախագահ չպետք է ղեկավարի Հայաստանը՝ արդյոք այս սկզբունքը անփոփո՞խ է․ «Դա մեր տեսլականն է, բոլոր հարցումներով ընդդիմադիր առաջին ուժը Սամվել Կարապետյանի ուժն է, և մենք վստահ ենք, որ այդ ճանապարհով ենք մենք բերելու փոփոխություններ։ 

Ես համակարգում եմ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը, մեր քաղաքական պրոցեսների համակարգողն եմ։ Կյանքիս ընթացքում ես Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի հետ չեմ հանդիպել գեթ մեկ անգամ։ Ես ֆիզիկապես չեմ տեսել Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին մի անգամ։ Առաջին նախագահին տեսել եմ, մեր բոլոր գործիչներին տեսել եմ, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին չեմ տեսել։ Այս յոթ-ութ ալեկոծ ամիսների ընթացքում գեթ մեկ անգամ և դրանից առաջ էլ ամբողջ իմ կյանքի ընթացքում։ Ոչ մի շփում։

Մեր երկրի այսօրվա կառավարությունը մի հատ երգ ունի։ Այդ երգը, որպեսզի ինքը իր անկարողությունը, իր տնտեսական թուլությունը, որ տնտեսական գործիչներ չունեն, աղքատության մակարդակի ութ տարվա ընթացքում աղքատությունը, որ չի կարողացել նվազեցնել, երկրում թանկացումները հիմնավորել չկարողանալը բերում է մի բանի՝ նա ուղղակի ամեն անգամ աշխատում է համակարգի մեջ չթողնել նոր գործիչներ։ Նա կռվում է, ամբողջ կյանքում այդ մարդիկ կռվել են նույն գործիչների հետ»,-նշել է նա։
