«Այսօր լրանում է ուղիղ չորս տարին, ինչ Պուտինը «երեք օրում գրավում է Կիևը»։ Եվ սա շատ բան է ասում մեր դիմադրության մասին, այն մասին, թե ինչպես է պայքարում Ուկրաինան այս ամբողջ ընթացքում։ Այս բառերի հետևում մեր միլիոնավոր մարդիկ են։ Այս բառերի հետևում մեծ խիզախություն է, շատ ծանր աշխատանք, տոկունություն և այն մեծ ուղին, որն Ուկրաինան հաղթահարում է փետրվարի 24-ից ի վեր»,- ասել է Զելենսկին պատերազմի 4-րդ տարելիցի կապակցությամբ հրապարակված ուղերձում, որտեղ նաև ցույց է տվել Բանկովայում գտնվող իր բունկերը:

«Այս աշխատասենյակը, բունկերի այս փոքրիկ սենյակը Բանկովայում, հենց այստեղ են տեղի ունեցել իմ առաջին խոսակցությունները համաշխարհային առաջնորդների հետ պատերազմի սկզբում: Ես այստեղ խոսել եմ նախագահ Բայդենի հետ և հենց այստեղ լսել եմ. «Վլադիմիր, վտանգ կա, Ձեզ անհրաժեշտ է շտապ լքել Ուկրաինան: Մենք պատրաստ ենք օգնել այդ հարցում»: Եվ ես այստեղ պատասխանեցի, որ ինձ զենք է պետք, այլ ոչ թե տաքսի»,- նշել է նախագահը:

«Գարնանը մնացել է մեկ շաբաթից քիչ ժամանակ: Մենք հաղթահարում ենք պատմության մեջ ամենածանր ձմեռը: Դա փաստ է: Եվ դա շատ դժվար է: Դժվար է ձեզանից յուրաքանչյուրի համար: Բայց ճիշտ այնպես, ինչպես պատերազմի առաջին օրը, մենք շարունակում ենք կառուցել մեր վաղվա օրը՝ քայլ առ քայլ, գործ առ գործ, ձեռքբերում առ ձեռքբերում: Եվ յուրաքանչյուր արդյունք, յուրաքանչյուր հաջողություն, մեր յուրաքանչյուր «Ուկրաինան կարողացավ»-ը՝ ձեր բոլորիդ վաստակն է»,- ասել է Զելենսկին:
