Բեռնատարների հայ վարորդները կրկին խնդիրների են բախվել Վրաստանում

Բեռնատարների հայ վարորդները կրկին խնդիրների են բախվել Վրաստանի տարածքով ապրանքների տեղափոխման ժամանակ։ Ավելի քան 100 բեռնատար, որոնք հիմնականում բեռնված են շինանյութերով, մնացել են Վրաստանի տարածքում։ Փետրվարի 12-ից բեռնատարները կանգնեցվել են Կոբի քաղաքի տերմինալում, որը գտնվում է «Վերին Լարս» անցակետի մոտ։ Ըստ վարորդների՝ փաստաթղթերի հետ կապված խնդիրներ չեն եղել, ընդ որում որոշները անանունության պայմանով հայտնում են, թե վրացական կողմից մինչև 700 դոլար կաշառք են պահանջում բեռնատարները բաց թողնելու համար։ Հյուսիսային հարևան պետությունը պարբերաբար նման խնդիրներ է հարուցում հայ բեռնափոխադրումների համար։ 2025 թվականի գարնանն ու ամռանն էլ խնդիրներ էին ծագել կոնյակի և հեղուկ գազի մատակարարման հետ։

Օրերս Հայաստան է ժամանել Վրաստանի էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Մարիամ Կվրիվիշվիլին, որը քննարկումներ է ունեցել Գևորգ Պապոյանի հետ, բայց որևէ կերպ հարցը չի կարգավորվել, ընդհակառակը, Վրաստանի ֆինանսների նախարարության եկամուտների ծառայությունից հայտնել են, թե հայ փոխադրողների համար որևէ խոչընդոտ չի ստեղծվում, իրականացվում են մաքսային հսկողության ստանդարտ ընթացակարգեր։ Ուշագրավ է, որ խնդիրները սկսվել են, երբ հայտնի է դարձել Ադրբեջանից Հայաստան Վրաստանի տարածքով բեռների տարանցման հնարավորության մասին, ու թեպետ Վրաստանը պարբերաբար շեշտում է, թե սիմվոլիկ ու խորհրդանշական մաքսատուրքեր է սահմանում այդ բեռների տարանցման համար, բայց և նույնիսկ ադրբեջանցիներն են նշում, որ վրացական կողմը չափազանց ծանր է տանում, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև բեռնափոխադրումների հնարավորությունը կարող է իրենց զրկել բավականին լուրջ գումարներից, եթե Ադրբեջանը ուղիղ տարանցում իրականացնի դեպի Հայաստան Ղազախի հատվածով։

Չնայած վրացական կողմի հայտարարություններին՝ ակնհայտ է, որ նման խնդիրներ պարբերաբար ծագելու են։ Ինչևէ, վրացական կողմի համար սա առնվազն անհեթեթ է, քանի որ իրենք են ստիպում հայկական և ադրբեջանական կողմերին ավելի արագացնել միմյանց միջև տարանցման հնարավորությունը, իսկ այդ ժամանակ բեռների մեծ մասը Ռուսաստան կարտահանվի ոչ թե Վրաստանի, այլ հենց Ադրբեջանի տարածքով, ընդ որում՝ երկաթուղու միջոցով, որն ավելի էժան է, քան բեռնատարներով փոխադրումը։ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները պետք է օր առաջ կարգավորեն այս հարցերը թե՛ վրացի, թե՛ ադրբեջանցի գործընկերների հետ, քանի որ նման դրվագները խնդիրներ են հարուցում ոչ միայն երկկողմ հարաբերություններում, այլ նաև Հայաստանի ներսում։
