Բա, Բայդենի խորուրդը ի՞նչ եղավ. Մհեր Ավետիսյան

ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահներից մեկը գալիս է, Իրանի հետ միջուկային պայմանագիր է կնքում, հետո հաջորդը գալիս է՝ դուրս է գալիս այդ պայմանագրից, հետո մյուսը գալիս է՝ նորից է կնքում, հետո մյուսը գալիս է՝ ռմբակոծում է Իրանը։ ԱՄՆ-ի մի նախագահը Ուկրաինային խոստանում է, որ Ուկրաինան դառնալու է ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ, ուկրաինացիները ոգևորված սկսում են պատերազմել Ռուսաստանի դեմ, հետո գալիս է հաջորդ նախագահը ու ասում է, որ Ուկրաինան չի լինելու ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ։ ԱՄՆ-ի մի ղեկավարը հայտարարում է, որ Իրաքում քիմիական զենք են հայտնաբերել, ռմբակոծում են այդ պետությունը, հետո այդ նույն ղեկավարը պնդում է, որ իրեն խաբել են, նման զենք չի եղել։ ԱՄՆ-ի խոսքերին հավատալ չի կարելի, որովհետև բոլոր պետություններն ԱՄՆ-ի համար վասալներ են, գործիքներ, որոնք պետք է օգտագործվեն միմիայն ԱՄՆ-ի շահերը սպասարկելու ճանապարհին։ Միացյալ Նահանգների հեգեմոնիայի տրամաբանության շրջանակներում Միացյալ Նահանգները բարեկամներ չունեն, բոլորը նրանց համար վասալներ են, և բոլորին ԱՄՆ-ն օգտագործում է միմիայն սեփական հեգեմոնիան պահպանելու և մյուս պետությունների հաշվին իր գեոպոլիտիկ խնդիրները լուծելու տրամաբանությունից ելնելով։ Սա վերջապես պետք է գիտակցել՝ կամ գոնե նրանք, ովքեր քաղաքականությամբ են զբաղվում կամ իրենց վրա պարտականություն են վերցնում տնօրինելու մեր պետության ու մեր երեխաների ապագան, գոնե նրանք սա պետք է հասկանան։

 Ժողովուրդ ջան, Թրամփի խորհրդով հիանալ պետք չէ, եթե հիշում եք՝ մի հատ էլ Բայդենն էր դեմոկրատական խորհուրդ ստեղծելու, և կրկին Հայաստանը չգիտես ինչու հայտնվել էր այդ խորհրդի մեջ, որտեղ հայտնվել էին մեր բարեկամ և դաշնակից Ռուսաստանի թշնամիներն ու առավոտից իրիկուն քննադատում էին Ռուսաստանին։

 Ինտեգրվելով նման կառույցների մեջ՝ մենք միայն քանդում ենք մեր տարածաշրջանի և մեր պետության անվտանգությունը։

 Բայդենը գնաց՝ իր հետ տանելով այդ դեմոկրատական խորհուրդը, հիմա եկել է Թրամփը՝ ինքն իր համար է խորհուրդ ստեղծում, ու դարձյալ Հայաստանը չգիտես ինչու այդ խորհրդում է։ Հայաստանը պետք է հեռու մնա մեր միակ բարեկամ և դաշնակից Ռուսաստանի դեմ թշնամաբար տրամադրված բոլոր պետություններից և բոլոր նախաձեռնություններից, հակառակ պարագայում այդ պետությունները քանդելու են մեր տարածաշրջանի անվտանգության ճարտարապետությունը՝ վտանգի տակ դնելով մեր պետականությունն ու մեր ժողովրդին։ Մենք սա պարտավոր ենք ուղղակի հասկանալ և նաև պետք է հասկանանք, որ մեր տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն և անվտանգություն կարող է լինել միմիայն մեր տարածաշրջանի խաղացողների մասնակցությամբ՝ Ռուսաստանի կողմից առաջարկված 3+3 ձևաչափով։
