Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը ներկայացրեց «Ոչ Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանին» ժողովրդական շարժումը (տեսանյութ)

««Ոչ Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանին »  նախաձեռնության շարժիչը դարձավ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի վերջին հարցազրույցը Իլհամ Ալիևի կողմից տրված France 24 հեռուստաընկերությանը՝ Մյունխենի անվտանգության համաժողովի շրջանակում։ Ալիևը հերթական անգամ խոսում էր ադրբեջանցիների «վերադարձի իրավունքի» մասին։ Մենք արդեն մեկ անգամ անտեսել ենք վտանգի ազդանշանները՝ չհավատալով, որ Արցախում հայ չի կարող չմնալ։ Արդյունքում ունեցանք հայաթափված Արցախ։ Նույն կերպ այսօր չի կարելի թերագնահատել վերադարձի օրակարգը» ,- Euromedia24-ի հետ զրույցում հայտարարել է  «Դեմոկրատական այլընտրանք» կուսակցության նախագահ Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը։

Սուրենյանցը նաև նշեց, որ երեկ ՄԱԿ-ին ուղղված նամակում ներկայացվել են մի քանի հիմնարար պահանջներ։ Նախ՝ ակնկալվել է գնահատական Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացվող օկուպացիոն քաղաքականությանը, երկրորդ՝ առաջարկվել է «վերադարձի» ծրագիրը դիտարկել որպես ժողովրդագրական էքսպանսիայի փորձ։ Երրորդ՝ կոչ է արվել ոչ միայն քաղաքական գնահատական տալ Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիվ հռետորաբանությանը, այլ նաև քննարկել համապատասխան հակաքայլերի հնարավորությունը։

Ինչ վերաբերվում է « Ոչ Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանին » նախաձեռնության  առաջիկա անելիքներին՝ Սուրենյանցը նշում է  նախատեսվում են երեք ուղղությամբ․ աշխատանքներ տանել․
 «Առաջինը՝ հանրային իրազեկում Հայաստանի ներսում՝ քննարկումներ, կլոր սեղաններ, սեմինարներ, հարցազրույցներ։ Երկրորդը՝ հետևողական աշխատանք միջազգային կառույցների և փորձագիտական հանրության հետ՝ այդ թվում նաև Եվրամիության և այլ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների շրջանակում։ Երրորդը՝ հումանիտար խնդիրների բարձրաձայնում, մասնավորապես՝ հայ ռազմագերիների հարցը և միջազգային կառույցների ներգրավվածությունը»։

 Սուրենյանցը նաև ընդգծում է՝ « Ոչ Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանին » նախաձեռնության  նպատակը ներքաղաքական դիվիդենտներ շահելը չէ, այլ վտանգի կանխարգելումը և ազգային կոնսոլիդացիայի ձևավորումը։ 
Զրուցակիցը նաև շեշտեց, որ « Ոչ Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանին »  նախաձեռնությունն արդեն իսկ հանրության կողմից լայն արձագանք է ստացել, մարդկանց կողմից հետաքրքրվածությունը մեծ է․

«Երեկվա մեր ակցիայից հետո ես հստակ զգացի, որ հասարակության տարբեր շերտերում թեման լայն և բուռն արձագանք է ստացել։ Անձնական նամակներով բազմաթիվ արձագանքներ  եմ ստացել  մարդկանց կողմից, բացի այդ ակցիան զգալի ուշադրության արժանացավ նաև լրատվամիջոցների կողմից։

Այս ամենը հիմք է տալիս ենթադրելու, որ խոսքը նեղ քաղաքական նախաձեռնության մասին չէ։ Սա, եթե կուզեք, վերկուսակցական, նույնիսկ ազգային նշանակության գաղափար է, որի շուրջ հնարավոր է լայն համախմբում»,-ասաց Սուրենյանցը:
