Մոսկվան կոշտ զգուշացում է անում երկաթուղու հարցով

Հայաստանի իշխանությունների ցանկությունը՝ փոխարինել Ռուսաստանին երկաթուղիների կառավարման գործում, չմշակված լուծում է, կառուցված համակարգը դրանից հետո կարող է «մեկ գիշերում փլուզվել», ՏԱՍՍ-ին ասել է ՌԴ Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Սերգեյ Շոյգուն։

«Չեմ գնահատի այլ պետությունների իրավասությունները երկաթուղային տնտեսության կառավարման հարցում, բայց կարող եմ վստահաբար ասել, որ դժվար թե որևէ այլ ընկերություն կարողանա լիարժեք փոխարինել ռուսական երկաթուղային փոխադրողին, որն արդյունավետ և վաղուց աշխատում է Հայաստանում ոչ ամենապարզ պայմաններում»,– նշել է Շոյգուն։ Նա հարց է ուղղել, թե արդյոք դիվանագիտական լեզվով ասած՝ «չմշակված որոշումները», այդ թվում՝ ԱՄՆ-ի հետ միջուկային թեմայով համագործակցությունը, չե՞ն հանգեցնի այնպիսի վտանգավոր փորձերի, որոնց համար «ստիպված կլինեն վճարել Հայաստանի հասարակ քաղաքացիները»։ Հայկական երկաթուղին կոնցեսիոն կառավարման է հանձնվել ռուսական կողմին 2008 թվականին՝ 30 տարով, ևս 10 տարի ավելացնելու հնարավորությամբ։

Շոյգուն միակը չէ, որ Հայաստանին ուղիղ զգուշացում է անում։ Երկաթուղիների կառավարման վերաբերյալ նախօրեին էլ Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Մարիա Զախարովան տարօրինակ էր գնահատել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի տեսլականը, թե վերջինս ցանկանում է, որ երկաթուղու կառավարումը գնի Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի բարեկամ որևէ երկիր։ Մոսկվայում հրաշալի հասկանում են, որ Հայաստանի իշխանություններն ամեն գնով ցանկանում են խլել երկաթուղու կառավարումը և, բնականաբար, թույլ չեն տալու, ինչպես նաև ջանքեր են գործադրելու նման զարգացումները կանխելու համար։ Առայժմ, իհարկե, դեռևս բավարարվում են միայն կոշտ հայտարարություններով, բայց և իրավական ու քաղաքական մեթոդներ ևս կիրառելու են, եթե Հայաստանի իշխանությունները շարունակեն նույն ոճով։ Իսկ այն, որ փաշինյանական իշխանությունը բոլորովին ձեռք չի քաշելու նման մտադրությունից, որևէ մեկի մոտ այլևս կասկած չի հարուցում։
