Հնդկաստանում արևային էներգետիկան դարձել է սեփական հաջողության գերին

Հնդկաստանի արևային էներգետիկայի ոլորտը հայտնվել է կառուցվածքային գերարտադրության ճիրաններում, ինչն, ըստ Bloomberg-ի վերլուծության, դարձել է հենց սեփական աննախադեպ հաջողության հետևանքը։ 2020 թվականից ի վեր երկրում արտադրական կարողություններն աճել են շուրջ 13 անգամ և այժմ գրեթե երեք անգամ գերազանցում են ներքին պահանջարկը։

Նման կտրուկ թռիչքն ու դրա հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակը դրդել են կառավարությանը դեռևս անցյալ տարեվերջին հորդորել ոլորտը վարկավորող բանկերին լինել առավել զգուշավոր, մինչդեռ արտադրողներն արդեն սկսել են կրճատել ցածր ավելացված արժեք ունեցող արտադրանքի թողարկումը։ RenewSys India Pvt. Ltd. ընկերության կառավարիչ-տնօրեն Ավինաշ Հիրանանդանին նշել է, որ արևային մոդուլների հավաքման գործարանների ծանրաբեռնվածությունը նվազել է մինչև 40%՝ 2023 թվականի մարտին ավարտված տարվա ավելի քան 70%-ի համեմատ։ Այդ ժամանակահատվածը նախորդել էր Միացյալ Նահանգների կողմից սահմանված տուգանային մաքսատուրքերին, երբ դեպի ամերիկյան շուկա արտահանման ծավալները դեռևս շեշտակի աճ էին գրանցում։

Ըստ Հիրանանդանիի՝ ստեղծվածը ոչ թե պարզապես աճի դանդաղում է, այլ հենց խորքային կառուցվածքային գերարտադրություն, քանի որ Հնդկաստանի ներքին սպառումը պարզապես չի հասցնում արտադրական տեմպերի հետևից։ Թեև ներքին սպառումը շարունակում է աճել և 2025 թվականին երկիրը սահմանել է արևային գեներացիայի ռեկորդային՝ 38 ԳՎտ (կամ շուրջ 53 ԳՎտ հաստատուն հոսանքի հաշվարկով) ցուցանիշ, այն դեռևս զգալիորեն զիջում է արտադրական հզորություններին, որոնք տարեվերջին հասել են մոտ 154 ԳՎտի։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, արտահանման հնարավորությունները լուրջ հարված են ստացել անցյալ տարի Դոնալդ Թրամփի կողմից սահմանված սակագների պատճառով։ Չնայած կնքված առևտրային համաձայնագիրը թույլ է տվել որոշակիորեն նվազեցնել այդ տուրքերը, շուկայում անորոշությունը պահպանվում է, ինչին նպաստում են նաև ընթացող հակադեմփինգային հետաքննությունները։
