Երևանի փողոցներում փոսալցման աշխատանքը տապալած ու քաղաքացիների դաժան քննադատության թիրախում հայտնված քաղաքային իշխանությունը ՔՊ կուսակցական օրգան Civic.am կայքի միջոցով փորձում է ձախողման մեղավոր կարգել հիմնական քաղաքական հակառակորդին՝ կեղծ տեղեկություն տարածելով, թե Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանում փոսալցման աշխատանքը դանդաղ է ընթանում, քանի որ այն իրականացնում է  Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խնամուն պատկանող AAB ընկերությունը:

«Ասֆալտի որակի հետ կապված՝ հանրապետության բազմաթիվ ճանապարհներ, որոնք ասֆալտապատվել են նախագահ Քոչարյանի օրոք, նույնիսկ 18 տարի անց ապացուցում են իրենց որակը, ոչ թե հալչում ու անհետանում են առաջին ձյան հետ, ինչպես հիմա է, ինչպես տեսնում եք: 8 մլրդ դոլարը ծամելուց հետո անորակ ասֆալտ անելու պատճառը թող իրենց շվեյցարական բանկերի հաշիվներում փնտրեն: Եթե չգտնեն, հունիսի 8-ից հետո կօգնենք՝ կգտնեն»,- News.5tv.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է Միկոյանը:
