Կարգավորող մարմինը նույնիսկ տեղյակ չէր, թե քանի բաժանորդ է հոսանքազրկված եղել Էրեբունու դեպքերի ժամանակ. Ղազինյան

«Թույլ տվեք փոքրիկ նախաբանով, այնուհետև՝ սիրով պատասխանեմ ձեր հարցերին։ Ինչպես հիշում եք՝ ՀԾԿՀ-ի հետ կապված թեման բազմիցս քննարկվել է, և հարցը ունի միանշանակ քաղաքական կոնտեքստ՝ քաղաքական հաշվեհարդարի և 1 անձի քմահաճույքի հետ կապված։ Իրադարձությունները զարգանում են շատ արագ, ուստի անհրաժեշտություն առաջացավ ևս մեկ անգամ ներկայացնել ընթացիկ իրավիճակը, նոր ապացույցներ և հիմնավորումներ՝ թե ինչու է հացի խլումը քաղաքական բնույթ կրում»,- լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Դավիթ Ղազինյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ փոքրիկ խմբակի մի շարք ներկայացուցիչներ զրպարտիչ տեսանյութեր են հրապարակում՝ կապված փոխադրումների, վարկերի և տոկոսների հետ։ «Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի նախագահին բազմիցս հորդորել էին, որ ներկայացնի ճշմարտությունը, և վերջապես ընդունեց, որ ՀԾԿՀ-ից վերցված վարկերի տոկոսները վճարում է սեփականատերը, ինչը որևէ կապ չունի հոսանքի սակագնի հետ, որը վճարում են քաղաքացիները»,- ընդգծեց Ղազինյանը:

Նա խոսեց նաև ավտոտրանսպորտի, տարածքների և կառավարման արդյունավետության մասին.

«Պետության կառավարման արդյունավետության առումով՝ մենք բոլորս տեսանք, թե ինչ կատարվեց վերջին 6 ամսում։ Կարգավորող մարմինը նույնիսկ տեղյակ չէր, թե քանի բաժանորդ է հոսանքազրկված եղել Էրեբունու դեպքերի ժամանակ։ Այսպիսով՝ ստեղծվել է համատարած խաբեության և վարկաբեկման իրավիճակ»,- հայտարարեց նա:

Ղազինյանն ընդգծեց կուտակային և արևային կայանների համակարգի խնդիրները. «Մեր հաշվարկներով՝ արևային կայանների ինքնավար համակարգերի արժեքը կրկնակի թանկանալու է, իսկ 8 տարվա ընթացքում Հայաստանի և Իրանի միջև 400 կիլովատ գիծը չի հասցվել ավարտին։

Ավելցուկի դեպքում պետությունը պարտավոր է փոխհատուցել անջատված կայանների համար, ինչը սակագնի հետ միանշանակ փոխկապակցված չէ»,- ասաց Ղազինյանը:

Նա հավելեց, որ մոդուլային ատոմակայանների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը ևս կարևոր է. «ԱՄՆ-ում 2023 թ․-ին տրվեց առաջին լիցենզիան մոդուլային ատոմակայանի նախագծման և կառուցման համար, սակայն շինարարությունը կանգնեցվեց՝ իրական արժեքների բարձր լինելու պատճառով։ Եթե վճարվի նախատեսված գումարը, ինքնարժեքը 60–80 դրամ կլինի, ինչը նշանակում է, որ կամ պետք է չաշխատի, կամ սակագինը բարձրացվի, կամ պետբյուջեից սուբսիդավորվի»,- եզրափակեց նա:
