Իշխանությունները չեն ցանկանում հայտարարել, որ սարքավորումները, որի արդյունքում վերացվեց Էրեբունիում վթարը, տրվել է «Տաշիր»-ի կողմից՝ պարոն Կարապետյանի համաձայնությամբ. Ղազինյան

«ՀԷՑ-ի  հարցն ունի միանշանակ քաղաքական  կոնտեքստ, «քաղաքական հաշվեհարդարի», մեկ անձի քմահաճույքի խնդիր է»,- ասուլիսում ասաց «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ նախկին գլխավոր տնօրենի պաշտոնակատար, «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության խորհրդի անդամ Դավիթ Ղազինյանը։

Նա նշեց, որ կան նոր ապացույցներ, հիմնավորումներ, որ ՀԷՑ-ը խլվել է, գործընթացը քաղաքական է։

«Փոքրիկ խմբակի շատ ներկայացուցիչներ, իրար հերթ չտալով, զրպարտիչ տեսանյութեր էին հրապարակում՝ կապված փոխառությունների, վարկերի, տոկոսների հետ։ Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի նախագահին բազմաթիվ անգամ հորդորել էինք, որ ներկայացնի ճշմարտությունը։ 

Հիմա գոնե այս փաստով հանձնաժողովի  նախագահն ընդունել է, որ այո՝ ՀԷՑ ՓԲԸ կողմից վերցված վարկերի տոկոսները վճարում է  սեփականատերը, որևէ կապ չունի սակագնի, այն գումարի հետ, որը մեր քաղաքացիները վճարում են հոսանքի համար»,- ասաց Ղազինյանը։ 

Խոսելով պետության կառավարման արդյունավետության մասին, նա նշեց, որ կարգավորող մարմինն անգամ տեղյակ չէ, թե Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանում վթարի ժամանակ ինչքան բաժանորդ է հոսանքազրկված եղել։ 

«Անգամ չեն ցանկանում հայտարարել, որ այդ սարքավորումները, որի արդյունքում վերացվեց այդ վթարը, տրվել է «Տաշիր»  ընկերության կողմից՝ պարոն Կարապետյանի համաձայնությամբ»,- ասաց նա։ 

Ղազինյանը նաև նշեց. «Այն, ինչի համար մեզ մեղադրում էին՝ վթարները կոծկելու ու քանակը նվազեցելու հետ կապված, մենք ինֆորմացիա ունենք ու շատ հստակ, որ վթարների քանակը մոտավորապես 40 տոկոսով աճել է:  Իրենք հայտարարում են, որ չի աճել, բայց մենք բոլորս, գոնե վիզուալ, տեսնում ենք, թե ինչ է կատարվում: ՀԷՑ-ում երկիշխանություն է, և մենք ամեն ինչ գիտենք:

Այս պարագայում՝ իրենք չեն կարող ոչ մի տեղ փախչել, բայց, ամեն դեպքում, իրենք կկեղծեն, հանձնաժողովն էլ, բնականաբար, որևէ բանի վրա ուշադրություն չի դարձնի, դրա հետևանքով էլ ունենք այս համատարած սուտ իրավիճակը՝ խաբելու ու վարկաբեկելու հետ կապված»։
