ՀՀ իշխանության համար գերիների հարցը կարևոր չէ, Վենսի այցի շրջանակներում հարցը շրջանցեցին. Տիգրան Աբրահամյան

Չնայած հնչող «լավատեսական ֆոնին», Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան հարաբերություններում գերիների հարցը ոչ միայն շարունակում է օդում կախված լինել, այլ նաև ադրբեջանական զորքերի մխրճվածությունն է մնում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխան տարածքներում: Այս մասին ԱԺ խմբակցությունների ճեպազրույցների ընթացքում ասել է «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը:

«Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հայտարարությունը ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահի հետ հանդիպումից հետո շատ ավելի հարցեր առաջացրեց, քան կարելի էր խոսել դրա հնարավոր հանգուցալուծման մասին: Մասնավորապես, Ադրբեջանի նախագահի այն հայտարարությունը, թե այդ թեմայով անդրադարձ եղել է և Ադրբեջանը ներկայացրել է իր դիրքորոշումը և վերջ, սա երկու բանի մասին կարող է խոսել. կամ այս թեման չի եղել լուրջ քննարկումների առարկա և ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահը զուտ ֆորմալ առումով թեման բարձրաձայնել է՝ հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանում առկա տրամադրությունները, կամ էլ՝ կա որոշակի պայմանավորվածություն տարբեր պաշտոնյաների միջև, որպեսզի այդ թեման խնամքով շրջանցվի:

Ալիևի հայտարարությունները որոշակի առումով զարմանալի էին այն տեսանկյունից, որ վերջինս ցույց տվեց՝ այդ թեման առաջնային քննարկման առարկա չի եղել, որովհետև հենց այնպես շրջանցել կամ փակել թեման ԱՄՆ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյայի հետ հարաբերությունների ֆոնին, որպես այդպիսին չի կարող լինել: Սա ևս մեկ արձանագրումն էր այն բանի, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների համար սա առաջնային ու օրակարգային հարց չի եղել:

Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան բանակցային գործընթացում սա որևէ հրատապություն ներկայացնող թեմա չի եղել, ու սա գալիս է լրացնելու բոլոր այն դրույթնհերի շարքը, որ Ադրբեջանը իր համար կարևոր հարցերը բերում ու լուծումներ է ստանում, իսկ Հայաստանի համար կարևորություն ներկայացնող դրույթների մասով առանձնապես բովանդակային քննարկումներ տեղի չեն ունենում: Թեման կարճ հանգուցալուծում չունի, ու չի կարող կարճաժամկետ կտրվածքում բերել իրերի փոփոխության»,- նշել է նա:
