Ուրբաթ 13. Երբ ձախողումները դառնում են հաջողության նոր սկիզբ

«Դասավանդի՛ր հանուն Հայաստանի» հիմնադրամի նախաձեռնությամբ Մելիք Ադամյան 2/2 հասցեում արդեն երրորդ տարին շարունակ անցկացվեց «Ուրբաթ 13» խորագրով միջոցառումը, որն իր յուրահատուկ ձևաչափով դարձել է սպասված ավանդույթ։

Երեկոն, որն իր շուրջն էր համախմբել բազմաթիվ ավելի քան 170 մասնակցի, նպատակ ուներ վերաիմաստավորել ձախողումների դերը մարդու կյանքում և ցույց տալ, որ անգամ ամենախորհրդավոր ու «անհաջող» համարվող օրերը կարող են դառնալ նոր սկիզբների ու արժեքավոր դասերի աղբյուր։ Միջոցառման առանցքում տարբեր ոլորտների հաջողակ և ճանաչված մասնագետների անկեղծ պատմություններն էին։ Հանրությանը հայտնի խոսնակները, հանդես գալով անսովոր ձևաչափում, կիսվեցին այնպիսի դրվագներով, որոնք սովորաբար մնում են կադրից դուրս։

Երեկոյի ընթացքում իր փորձառությամբ և մարքեթինգային ոլորտի անտեսանելի կողմերով կիսվեց Influencer Marketing-ի առաջատար մասնագետ Լյուսի Գևորգյանը, ով ներկայացրեց, թե ինչպես կարող են թվացյալ ձախողված նախագծերը վերածվել լուրջ մասնագիտական վերելքի։

Բժշկական ոլորտի բարդությունների, պատասխանատվության և մասնագիտական անխուսափելի դժվարությունների մասին խոսեց բժիշկ-ուրոլոգ և անդրոլոգ Դավիթ Տոնոյանը՝ ցույց տալով, որ անգամ ամենալուրջ մասնագիտության մեջ մարդկային գործոնն ու սխալներից դասեր քաղելը հաջողության միակ գրավականն են։

Արվեստի և ստեղծագործական աշխարհի անսպասելի շրջադարձերը բացահայտեցին երգիչ, երաժիշտ և դերասան Հայկ Պետրոսյանը, ինչպես նաև երգիչ և դերասան Ներսես Ավետիսյանը։ Նրանք պատմեցին բեմական կյանքի այն դժվարությունների և ձախողումների մասին, որոնք կոփել են իրենց կամքը և օգնել հասնել այն հաջողություններին, որոնց այսօր ականատես է լինում հանրությունը։ Միջոցառումը մեկնարկեց ջերմ մթնոլորտով, որին հաջորդեցին բանախոսների ելույթները՝ հագեցած անկեղծ խոստովանություններով, հումորով և մոտիվացնող շեշտադրումներով։

Սա պարզապես ելույթների շարք չէր, այլ մի կենդանի երկխոսություն, որտեղ ձախողումը ներկայացվեց ոչ թե որպես վերջնակետ, այլ որպես հաջողության տանող ճանապարհի կարևորագույն բաղադրիչ։ Մասնակիցները հնարավորություն ունեցան տեսնելու, որ յուրաքանչյուր հայտնի պատմության հետևում կանգնած են բազմաթիվ փորձություններ, որոնք էլ հենց կերտում են անհատին։ Երեկոն ամփոփվեց այն գաղափարի շուրջ, որ Ուրբաթ 13-ը ոչ թե վախենալու, այլ ինքնաարտահայտվելու և սեփական փորձից սովորելու լավագույն հնարավորությունն է։ Միջոցառումը ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատեց, որ իրական հաջողությունը սկսվում է սեփական ձախողումներն ընդունելու և դրանցից ուժեղացած առաջ շարժվելու կարողությունից։
