ԶՊՄԿ-ը սերունդների պատմություն ունի. Վահրամ Գաբրիելյանի օրինակով

Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատում տարիների ընթացքում ձևավորվել են աշխատանքային գերդաստաններ, որոնց պատմությունը սերտորեն կապված է ընկերության զարգացման հետ։ Այդպիսի գերդաստաններից մեկի ներկայացուցիչն է Վահրամ Գաբրիելյանը, ով այսօր զբաղեցնում է Ընկերության պոչամբարային տնտեսության պետի տեղակալի պատասխանատու պաշտոնը՝ ավելի քան 25 տարվա մասնագիտական փորձառությամբ։

Վահրամ Գաբրիելյանի համար ԶՊՄԿ-ը պարզապես աշխատավայր չէ, այլ ընտանեկան պատմության անբաժանելի մաս։ Նրա հայրը՝ Օգնիկ Գաբրիելյանը, երկար տարիներ աշխատել է ավտոհավաքակայանում որպես ինժեներ, իսկ հորեղբայրները՝ Ռադիկ Գաբրիելյանը՝ որպես կադրերի բաժնի նախկին պետ, և Իգնատ Գաբրիելյանը՝ որպես բացահանքի աշխատակից, իրենց մասնագիտական ուղին անցել են հենց ԶՊՄԿ-ում՝ իրենց ներդրումն ունենալով ընկերության տարբեր կարևոր ոլորտներում։

Վահրամ Գաբրիելյանը հիշում է, որ կոմբինատի թեման մշտապես ներկա է եղել ընտանեկան զրույցներում, ինչը տարիների ընթացքում ձևավորել է նրա հետաքրքրությունն ու մասնագիտական ընտրությունը։ Այսօր նա ղեկավարում է Ընկերության ամենակարևոր կառույցներից մեկի աշխատանքը՝ ապահովելով համակարգված և պատասխանատու գործունեություն։

Պոչամբարային տնտեսությունը շուրջ 200 աշխատակիցներից բաղկացած համախմբված թիմ է՝ փականագործներ, զոդողներ, կարգավորողներ և էլեկտրիկներ։ Նրանց համակարգված աշխատանքի շնորհիվ ապահովվում է հարստացուցիչ ֆաբրիկայից դուրս եկող պոչանքների անխափան, անվտանգ և վերահսկելի տեղափոխումը դեպի Արծվանիկի պոչամբարային տնտեսություն։

Այս պատմությունը ևս մեկ անգամ վկայում է, որ ԶՊՄԿ-ը ոչ միայն արդյունաբերական հսկա է, այլև սերունդների շարունակական աշխատանքի, պատասխանատվության և մասնագիտական նվիրումի օրինակ։
