Ադրբեջանը կոշտացնում է հռետորաբանությունը

Բաքուն երեկ կտրուկ փոխել է վերջին շրջանում որոշակիորեն մեղմացած հռետորաբանությունը՝ կրկին առաջ մղելով իր գլխավոր պահանջը։ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը France 24-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է, թե Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև խաղաղության համաձայնագրի ստորագրման հիմնական պայմանը Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունն է։

«Ադրբեջանը խաղաղության պայմանագիր կստորագրի Հայաստանի հետ անմիջապես այն բանից հետո, երբ Երևանը փոփոխություններ կկատարի իր Սահմանադրության մեջ։ Բաքուն և Երևանը արդեն խաղաղության են հասել Վաշինգտոնում համաձայնագրից անմիջապես հետո, և հարցի ձևականությունները կախված են Հայաստանից։ Որքան շուտ Սահմանադրությունը փոփոխվի և Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ տարածքային պահանջները վերացվեն դրանից, այնքան շուտ կստորագրվի խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը»,– ասել է Ալիևը։ Ադրբեջանի նախագահը խոսել է նաև Բաքվում գտնվող հայերի մասին՝ նշելով, որ «ներում շնորհելը անհնար է»։

Օրեր առաջ Ադրբեջան այցելած ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահ Ջեյ Դի Վենսը, իր խոսնակի պնդմամբ, բարձրացրել էր Ադրբեջանում պահվող գերիների հարցը։ Ակնկալվում էր, որ Բաքվում արդեն տևական ազատազրկման դատապարտված անձանցից մի քանիսին ազատ կարձակեն, բայց Ալիևը մերժում է, ընդ որում այդ մերժումն անում է Մյունխենում Անվտանգության համաժողովի ժամանակ հարցազրույց տալով։

Օրեր առաջ Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանում խոսում էին, թե խաղաղության պայմանագիրը կարող են կնքել մինչև ամառ, եթե ՀՀ իշխանությունները պարտավորություն վերցնեն փոփոխել Սահմանադրությունը։ Այժմ, կոշտացնելով մոտեցումները և խոսելով, որ պայմանագիրը կստորագրվի միայն հանրաքվեով նոր Սահմանադրություն ընդունելուց հետո, Ալիևը, թերևս, նոր զիջումներ է պահանջում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից։ Հայկական կողմը դեռևս չի արձագանքել։
