Չի կարելի կառավարության ձախողումների ու տեղի ունեցած ողբերգությունների պատասխանատվությունը դնել ժողովրդի վրա. Արտակ Զաքարյան

Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Рафик ни у чем не виноват!

Նիկոլի երեկվա «ճեպազրույցը» հիշեցրեց Գարիկ Խառլամովի և Գարիկ Մարտիրոսյանի հայտնի հումորային մի ներկայացում, որտեղ սատիրայի հերոսի գործած բազմաթիվ մեղքեր մեկնաբանվում են որպես անմեղ բարեվարքություն:

Հատկապես վտանգավոր ու զավեշտալի եմ համարում վարչապետի պաշտոնում հայտվածի (իր ձևակերպումն է) հետևյալ մտքերը.
«...Ես կարծում եմ, ես գիտեմ, ինչ է զգում և ինչ է մտածում մեր ժողովուրդը: Եթե ես չիմանայի, թե ինչ է զգում և ինչ է մտածում, և ինչ է ուզում մեր ժողովուրդը, ես չէի կարող.

ա) հայտնվել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի պաշտոնում, և
բ) էս ամեն ինչի մեջով անցնելով՝ շարունակել մնալ վարչապետի պաշտոնում»:

ՓԱՍՏՈՐԵՆ, ըստ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ հայ ժողովուրդը, կամ նրա մի մասը հազարամյա հայրենիքի հող հանձնո՞ղ է, ազգային արժանապատվությունից հրաժարվո՞ղ է, խաբեությունները և սուտը սիրո՞ղ է, սրբադասված հոգիներով պապերի ցեղասպանությունը մոռացության տվո՞ղ է, ադրբեջանցու շպրտած «խաղաղությանը» վստահո՞ղ է, սեփական տանը թշնամու գերությանը պատրաստվո՞ղ է, իր հաղթանակներն ու նրա կերտողներին ուրացո՞ղ է...

Շատ վտանգավոր թեզ է առաջ քաշվում: Շատ վտանգավոր է գործող կառավարության դավադրություններն ու ձախողումները հայ ժողովրդի վզին փաթաթելը: Շատ վտանգավոր է պարտությունները, հայրենազրկումը, Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանության կորստի իրական վտանգը և այլ կորուստները ներկայացնել որպես ժողովրդի ցանկություն:

Ինձ մոտ հերթական մտավախությունն է, որ առաջիկա ընտրություններից հետո Հայաստանին սպասում է նոր ցավոտ գործընթացներ ու նրա հեղինակը նախապես ասում է, որ, եթե ինքը և իր թիմը վերընտրվի՝ ուրեմն նոր կորուսըները ևս լինելու են մեր ժողովրդի ցանկությամբ:

И тем не менее, Рафик был ни у чем не виноват!!!

Պարզվում է, մեր ժողովուրդը շատ վատ ազդեցություն է ունեցել հայրենասեր, ազգային գաղափարներով ու նժդեհյան հայացքներով օժտված ու համարյա դաշնակցական Նիկոլի վրա:

ՓԱՍՏՈՐԵՆ՝ եթե չլիներ մեր ժողովուրդը՝ վարչապետը կհաղթահարե՛ր բոլոր խնդիրները, մինչև վերջ կպաշտպանե՛ր մեր ազգային շահերը, չէ՛ր հայտնվի թուրք-ադրբեջանական կամակատարի կարգավիճակում, Արցախն ամբողջությամբ չէ՛ր նվիրի և թույլ չէ՛ր տա էթնիկ զտումներ լինեին, դուրս չէ՛ր գա Հայ Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու դեմ և այլն:

Փաստորեն հայ ժողովուրդը, ի հեճուկս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, անընդհատ քվեարկելով վերջինիս օգտին՝ ուղղակի ստիպել է նրան հանձնել Արցախը, գրեթե պարտադրել է ձախողման տանել Մինսկի խումբն ու բանակցային գործընթացը, կտտանքների ենթարկելով նրան՝ ուղարկել է Պրահա՝ նոր դավադրություն գուծելու և այլն...

Դժվար է պատկերացնել, որ այս ամբողջ ողբերգություններից հետո կարելի է կանգնել ու ասել, որ, եթե ժողովուրդը չուզենար այն ինչ տեղի է ունեցել՝ ինձ չէր ընտրի: Չի կարելի կառավարության ձախողումների ու տեղի ունեցած ողբերգությունների պատասխանատվությունը դնել ժողովրդի վրա:
