ՀՀ-ի անկախության 30 տարվա ընթացքում ՀՀ-ի՝ որպես անկախ պետության գոյության հարցը երբեք քննարկման, կասկածի, կամ առևտրի առարկա չի եղել. քնարկվել է բացառապես Արցախի կարգավիճակի հարցը. Օսկանյան

Սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին

Չգիտեմ, այն անհավանական արտահայտությունը, որ օրերս հնչեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի բերանից միայն ի՞մ ականջն է ծակել։ Փաշինյանն ասում է. «Աշխարհի թիվ մեկ գերտերությունն ասում է՝ Հայաստանը 99 տարի որպես ինքնիշխան, անկախ պետություն գոյություն է ունենալու»։ Ինչ ասեմ։ Նախ՝ նման «երաշխիք» իրեն ոչ ոք չի տվել։ Դա իր երևակայության արգասիքն է։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ՀՀ նախկին ԱԳ նախարար Վարդան Օսկանյանը:

«Բայց անկախ նրանից Փաշինյանը ինչ է հասկացել, այս հայտարարությունը ապացույցն է Հայաստանի ցավալի ու խղճուկ կագավիճակի, որին մեզ հասցրել է այս իշխանությունը։ Այս հայտարարությունը նաեւ մատնում է օր ու գիշեր խաղաղության ու ինքնիշխանության մասին խոսացող Փաշինյանի իրական մտքերը. ենթագիտակցությունն ընդունում է ու իրենից անկախ բարձրաձայն հայտարարում, որ իրականում իրենք Հայաստանը հասցրել են այն վիաճկին, որ կասկածի տակ է նույնիսկ Հայաստանի գոյությունը՝ որպես անկախ պետություն, եւ ինչ-որ երրորդ կողմ պետք է «ասի» որ Հայաստանը ինչ-որ ժամկետով կարող է գոյություն ունենալ։ Ինչ է սա, եթե ոչ՝ խղճալի վիճակ։

Հայաստանի անկախության 30 տարվա ընթացքում՝ ընթացիկ, հետո՝ սառեցված կոնֆլիկտի պայմաններում Հայաստանի՝ որպես անկախ պետության գոյության հարցը երբեք քննարկման, կասկածի, կամ առեւտրի առարկա չի եղել։ Քնարկվել է բացառապես Արցախի կարգավիճակի հարցը։

Հայաստանի գոյության իրավունքի դիմաց Սյունիքի միջանցքը այլոց հանձնելու այլընտրանքը օրակարգային է դարձել Փաշինյանի բերած «խաղաղության» արդյունքում։ Ընդ որում՝ այդ գոյության իրավունքն էլ ժամկետով է։ Ու սա ներկայացվոմ է որպես ձեռբերում։ Փաստորեն կարող էր ավելի վատ լինել՝ ենթադրենք 50 տարվա գոյության խոստման դիմաց զիջեինք Սյունիքի միջանցքը։ Կամ միգուցե եւս մի 20 տարի ավելանա մեր երկրի «գոյության հնարավորությանը»՝ մի կտոր էլ Տավուշից զիջելու հաշվին։

Դիվանագիտական ու քաղաքական ֆիասկոները այլեւս չեն զարմացնում։ Անկեղծորեն զարմացնում է այս բարձրաձայն խոստովանությունը որ խաղաղություն իրականում չկա, կա վտանգ, որ Հայաստանը կարող է գոյություն չունենալ։

Եվ դա, անկախ իրականում չտրված որեւէ երրորդ կողմի խոստման, այս իշխանության չգնալու պարագայում շատ շոշափելի վտանգ է։ Այնքան շոշափելի, որ նույնիսկ իրենք են խոստովանում»,-գրել է նա:
