Այս ուժեղ ժողովուրդը, որին դեռ հայ են կոչում, ստեղծում է իր ապագայի նոր նավը. Նարեկ Կարապետյանը հայտարարեց «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության ստեղծման մասին

Այս ուժեղ ժողովուրդը, որին դեռ հայ են կոչում, ստեղծում է իր ապագայի նոր նավը. «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության համագումարին իր ելույթի ընթացքում հայտարարեց «Մեր ձևով» շարժման համակարգող Նարեկ Կարապետյանը։

Նա անդրադառնալով իրենց բարեփոխումների տեսլականին՝ շեշտեց արդարադատության համակարգի փոփոխության անհրաժեշտությունը։

«Արդարադատությունը պետք է լինի մարդասեր։ 2018 թվականից ի վեր մենք անգամ փոքր զանցանք կատարած անձանց համար համաներում չենք ունեցել։ Պետք է լինի համաներում՝ ուղղելի սխալ թույլ տված մարդկանց համար, որպեսզի նրանք հնարավորություն ունենան շտկելու իրենց սխալները, ոչ թե ունենանք միայն խիստ պատիժներ՝ առանց օգուտի»,– ասաց նա։

Անվտանգության հարցին անդրադառնալով՝ Կարապետյանը հայտարարեց․ «Մենք խոսք չենք տալիս, մենք հաստատում ենք․ ՀՀ տարածքի բռնազավթված հատվածները խաղաղ ճանապարհով վերադարձվելու են մեզ։ Մենք նորից մեզ ապահով ենք զգալու, իսկ մեր երկիրը կունենա երաշխավորված և ուժեղ խաղաղություն, ոչ թե թույլ՝ ադրբեջանցի վերաբնակիչներով համեմված ՔՊ-ական հիբրիդային խաղաղություն»։

Ելույթն ամփոփելով՝ Նարեկ Կարապետյանն ընդգծեց Սամվել Կարապետյանի կարևոր գործոնի մասին. «Դուք շատ լավ գիտեք՝ երբ Սամվել Կարապետյանն ինչ-որ բան ասում է, նա դա անպայման անում է՝ ինչ գնով էլ լինի։ Եկեղեցին և հարյուրավոր օրինակներ դրա ապացույցն են։ Մեր բոլորի վստահությունը Սամվել Կարապետյանի օգտին է, իսկ ձեր վստահությունը՝ 300 հազար աշխատատեղի օգտին»։

Նա կոչ արեց ներկաներին ակտիվորեն շփվել քաղաքացիների հետ․ «Դիմում եմ ձեզ յուրաքանչյուրիդ․ գնացեք, խոսեք հնարավորինս շատ մարդկանց հետ։ Մարդիկ հույսի կարիք ունեն։ Ասեք նրանց, որ մենք ոչ թե խոստումներ ենք տալիս, այլ ապահովում ենք արդյունքներ։ Ասեք, որ նրանք ավելի լավ են ապրելու, կունենան լավ աշխատանք և արժանապատիվ ապագա, և սա իրագործելու համար այս ուժեղ ժողովուրդը, որին դեռ հայ են կոչում, ստեղծում է իր ապագայի նոր նավը։ Պատիվ ունեմ այսօր հայտարարել «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության ստեղծման մասին․ ուժեղ ժողովրդի ուժեղ լուծում»,- նշեց Կարապետյանը։ Նա շեշտեց, որ իրենց հաղթանակն անխուսափելի է, որի մասին հաստատում են բոլոր սոցհարցումները։ 

«Մեծ փոփոխությունները միասին ենք բերելու, որովհետև մեզ պետք է ոչ թե սովորական, այլ մեծ հաղթանակ՝ մեծամասնություն ԱԺ-ում, բոլորս միասին՝ Սամվել Կարապետյանի հետ ստեղծելու ենք ուժեղ Հայաստան ու հաղթենք»,-եզրափակեց նա։
