Հայաստանում կպարզեցվի զինծառայողների պարտադիր ատեստավորման ընթացակարգը

Առաջարկվում է վերանայել պայմանագրային զինծառայողների պարտադիր ատեստավորման կարգը։ Այս մասին փետրվարի 11-ին խորհրդարանի հերթական նիստի ժամանակ, «Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրինագծի քննարկման ընթացքում հայտարարել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ «Պաշտպան հայրենյաց» ծրագրի մասնակիցները ավարտական քննությունների արդյունքներով կհամարվեն ատեստավորումն անցած՝ պայմանով, որ անհրաժեշտ պատրաստություն անցնելուց հետո համապատասխան պաշտոններ են ստացել Զինված ուժերի տարբեր ստորաբաժանումներում։

Նա հավելել է, որ տարբեր ռազմաուսումնական հաստատություններում ուսումն ավարտած սպաները նույնպես կհամարվեն ատեստավորումն անցած՝ ավարտական քննությունների արդյունքներով։ «Երկու դեպքում էլ աշխատավարձի հավելավճարները կհաշվարկվեն պաշտոնի նշանակման պահից», - պարզաբանել է Պապիկյանը։ Նախարարը նաև հայտնել է, որ ներկայումս «Պաշտպան հայրենյաց» ծրագրի շուրջ 4 հազար մասնակից դարձել է պայմանագրային զինծառայող և այս գործընթացն աճի միտում ունի։

««Պաշտպան հայրենյաց» ծրագրի մասնակիցները 5-ամյա պայմանագրային ծառայությունն անցնելուց հետո, նոր պայմանագրեր կնքելիս, կկարողանան լրացուցիչ միանվագ վճար ստանալ՝ 2 տարվա համար՝ 1,5 մլն դրամ, 5 տարվա համար՝ 5 մլն դրամ», - հավելել է նախարարը: Նա ընդգծել է, որ առաջարկվող նախաձեռնություններն ուղղված են լրացուցիչ մոտիվացիայի ձևավորմանը՝ հիմնականում 24-25 տարեկան զինծառայողների համար: «Սա թույլ կտա ակնկալել, որ 30 տարեկան դառնալիս զինծառայողների նշված կատեգորիան կշարունակի Զինված ուժերում իր ծառայությունը», - հավելել է Սուրեն Պապիկյանը:

Նախարարը վերահաստատել է, որ «գերազանց» գնահատական ստացած սպաների աշխատավարձը կարող է տատանվել 620 հազար դրամից մինչև 750 հազար դրամ, իսկ որոշ դեպքերում՝ մինչև 820 հազար դրամ:
