«Միջանցք» կա, փոխադարձություն չկա. ի՞նչ է շահում Հայաստանը. Վահե Հովհաննիսյան

Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

PostՎենսյան իրականությունը մի քանի նոր հարցադրումներ է բերում ներքին օրակարգ և սրբագրումներ մտցնում նախընտրական ծրագրերում.

1. «Արևմտամետ հասարակությունը» հիմա գնում է դեպի Եվրոպա՞, թե՞ ԱՄՆ։ Ո՞ւ ր է նրանց առաջնորդում Նիկոլը։ Գործող աշխարհում դրանք լրիվ տարբեր բաներ են։ Այս երկուսը գրեթե սառը պատերազմի մեջ են՝ տարբեր կարճաժամկետ և ստրատեգիական նպատակներով։ Մենք ո՞ւր ենք գնում։ Եվ եթե հակաիշխանական համակարգերը ճիշտ և համառորեն դնեն հարցադրումը, ապա հասարակությունը կհասկանա, որ մեզ այս իշխանությունը առաջնորդում է միայն մեկ տեղ՝ Թուրքիայի ծայրագավառ։

2. Երբ ԱՄՆ-ում դեմոկրատները գան իշխանության, ի՞նչ է լինելու «Թրամփի ուղու» հետ։ Ամենայն հավանականությամբ՝ ամերիկացիները կարճ ժամանակում հետ են քաշվելու՝ իրենց բաժնեմասերը վաճառելով միակ գնորդին՝ թուրքերին-ադրբեջանցիներին։

3. Ակնհայտ է, որ պետական համակարգին և քպ-ական ակտիվին հանձնարարված է ամեն տեղ արտասանել 9 մլրդ-ի «ներդրման» մասին։ Բայց այս սուտը նույնիսկ 24 ժամվա կյանք չունեցավ։ Հիմա Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանն էլ չկա, որ մեղքը վրան բարդեք, թե «մինչև նոյեմբերի 8 մեզ խաբել է, գիտեինք թե հաղթում ենք...»։ Ինքնուրույն մտածելը վատ բան չէ։

4. Ծիծեռնակաբերդ այցելության գրառումը ջնջել և Բաքվում հայտարարել, թե «Ադրբեջանում տիրում է տոլերանտ մթնոլորտ, որտեղ տարբեր կրոնների ներկայացուցիչները հանգիստ ապրում են որպես մեկ ընտանիք՝ խաղաղության և բարեկամության մեջ»... Մարդն անասունից տարբերվում է նաև արժանապատվության գաղափարով։ Քանդվող Արցախի ու հայկական եկեղեցիների պայմաններում լսել նման բան ու ծափահարել Վենսին՝ վիրավորական է։

5. Պարզվեց, որ ոչ մի փոխադարձություն չկա։ Ոչ մի։ Թուրք և ադրբեջանցի վարորդները հանգիստ շարժվելու են մեր այդ ճանապարհով։ Եվ չի լինելու մեկ հայ վարորդ, որը Ադրբեջանի տարածքով մեքենան կվարի դեպի Ռուսաստան։ Նորից հիշեցնեմ. այս պրոցեսում «Արծրուն» չկա, չասեք՝ չէինք հասկանում, մեզ խաբեցին։

6. Վենսը գնաց իր հեռու Ամերիկան։ Կողմերից ամեն մեկը ստացավ իրենը։ Մենք ի՞նչ ստացանք։
Ի՞նչ է շահել Հայաստանը, երբ անվերապահորեն կատարել է Ադրբեջանի ամենակոշտ պայմանը՝ անխոչընդոտ միջանցք Ադրբեջանի երկու հատվածների միջև։ Դիմացը ի՞նչ է ստացել Հայաստանը։ Երևանից Կապան չես կարողանում նորմալ գնալ։

Նույն միջանցքի պայմանը կար 2020-ին՝ հայկական Արցախը պահելու դիմաց, և այս նույն իշխանություններն իրենց պատռելով գոռում էին՝ «Միջանցք չի´ լինելու»։ Հիմա միջանցքը տալիս են, Արցախը չկա, մեզ ասում են՝ ուրախացե´ք ու ծափահարե´ք։ Ու կոտրված, Արցախ կորցրած ժողովրդի մի հատված ծափահարում է՝ առանց հասկանալու կատարվածը։ Եվ առանց հասկանալու կատարվելիքը։
Մի իշխանություն, որը տապալել է ներքին բոլոր ոլորտները, փորձում է խաբել արտաքին հեքիաթներով։ Իսկ հեքիաթը շատ տխուր է, Վենսի այցը վկա։ Սյունիքը դառնում է «ադրբեջանական ճանապարհի» և հանքերի ռեգիոն, որն անխնա օգտագործելու են։ Չկարողանալ ամերիկյան միջնորդությունից իրական օգուտ քաղել, սա իհարկե առանձին «տաղանդ» է պահանջում։

Այնուհանդերձ, նույնիսկ այսօրվա վիճակում հնարավոր է բանակցել և ավելի դրականորեն կառավարել հետագա ընթացքը, քանի դեռ պայմանավորվածությունները հում են։ Հաջորդ իշխանությունները պետք է, այս պահից սկսած, իրենց նախընտրական ծրագրում ունենան այս խնդրի լուծումները։
