ԶՊՄԿ-ում կիրականացվի վերականգնվող էներգիայի ծրագիր

Փետրվարի 5-ին Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությունում կնքվել է քառակողմ հուշագիր՝ Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության, Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության, Ճապոնական «KOMAIHALTEC» ընկերության և «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ՓԲԸ-ի միջև։

Ծրագրի շրջանակում «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ՓԲԸ-ն աշխատելու է ճապոնական Komaihaltec Inc. ընկերության հետ՝ ընկերության տարածքում ԶՊՄԿ-ի ներքին կարիքների համար հողմային էներգիայով աշխատող փակ հիբրիդային էներգահամակարգի ստեղծման հնարավորությունների ուսումնասիրության ուղղությամբ։

Նախաձեռնության նպատակն է ապահովել վերականգնվող էներգիայի արտադրություն և օգտագործում ԶՊՄԿ-ի գործունեության տարբեր ուղղություններում՝ նպաստելով ջերմոցային գազերի արտանետումների կրճատմանը և էներգաարդյունավետության բարձրացմանը։

Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության գլխավոր քարտուղար Սերգո Աթանեսյանը ողջունել է կողմերին և կարևորել համագործակցության հուշագրի ստորագրումը, որը համահունչ է շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանության և կլիմայական քաղաքականության առաջնահերթություններին։

ԶՊՄԿ գլխավոր տնօրենի առաջին տեղակալ Վարդան Ջհանյանը խոսել է այն մասին, որ ԶՊՄԿ-ն արդեն տևական ժամանակ է վերականգնվող էներգետիկ ծրագրերը դրել է ընկերության զարգացման և արդիականացման առանցքում․ «Արդեն այսօր ԶՊՄԿ հարակից մի քանի համայնքներում ընկերության ջանքերով տեղադրվել են արևային կայաններ՝ համայնքների էներգետիկ կարիքների համար։ Ընկերությունը ծրագրում է նաև սեփական կարիքների համար արևային կայանի ծրագրի իրականացումը։ Հայաստանի ներուժը վերականգնվող էներգիայի ոլորտում, ինչպես և հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտում հսկայական է։ ՀՀ կառավարության, ճապոնական Komaihaltec ընկերության և ԶՊՄԿ համատեղ ծրագիրը ընդգծում է այս ոլորտի առաջնահերթությունը Հայաստանի կառավարության համար և հատուկ կարևորությունը բիզնեսի համար։ Միջազգային համագործակցությունը նոր հնարավորություններ ու հորիզոններ է բացում Հայաստանի համար էներգետիկ անկախության և բնապահպանական կայունության ուղղությամբ»:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը որդեգրել է մինչև 2050 թվականը ցածր ածխածնային զարգացման ռազմավարություն, և այս նախագիծը կարող է դառնալ արդյունաբերական զարգացման և կլիմայական պատասխանատվության հաջող համադրության օրինակ։

Կողմերը լիահույս են, որ համագործակցությունը կլինի արդյունավետ և կծառայի միջազգային լավագույն փորձի ներդրմանը։
