Ցավոք սրտի մեր հասարակական միտքն ու քաղաքական «էլիտան» անտարբեր կամ գրեթե անտարբեր են Ռուսաստանից եկող քաղաքական և աշխարհաքաղաքական մեսիջների նկատմամբ. Մ. Ավետիսյան

Մհեր Ավետիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ցավոք սրտի մեր հասարակական միտքն ու քաղաքական <<էլիտան>> անտարբեր կամ գրեթե անտարբեր են Ռուսաստանից եկող քաղաքական և աշխարհաքաղաքական մեսիջների նկատմամբ, բայց պետք է գիտակցել, որ չի կարելի նման կերպ վերաբերվել Ռուսաստանից հնչող քաղաքական մտքերին, այդ մտքերը պետք է Հայաստանում լրջագույնս վերլուծվեն և քննարկվեն։

 Մեր հասարակական կյանքում քննարկման թեմա են դառնում պրիմիտիվ, դատարկ և որևէ նշանակություն չունեցող հարցեր, բայց այն կարևորագույն հարցերը, որոնք պետք է ուղիղ վերաբերվեն մեր պետականությանը, մեր ռեգիոնի անվտանգությանը, մնում են անտեսված։ Ես հասկանում եմ, որ սա նաև նրանից է, որ Հայաստանում իսկապես ռուսագետներ չկան և չկան մարդիկ, ովքեր կարող են վերլուծել, թե ինչ է կատարվում Ռուսաստանում, ինչ է ասում Ռուսաստանը և դրանք որքանով է կարևոր Հայաստանի և Հայաստանի ժողովրդի ապագայի համար, և ժամանակն է, որ մենք իսկապես լրջանանք և հասկանանք, որոնք են կարևորագույն խնդիրները մեզ համար՝ որպես պետություն և հասարակություն, և պետք է կարողանանք այդ խնդիրները վերլուծելով գտնել այնպիսի արդյունքներ, որոնք կբերեն խաղաղություն և անվտանգություն Հայաստանում և մեր տարածաշրջանում։

 Առաջիկայում ես կներկայացնեմ իմ տեսակետները Ռուսաստանից հնչող քաղաքական մեսիջների Հայաստանի համար դրանց կարևորության մասին և կցանկանայի, որ մենք՝ որպես հասարակություն, այս խնդիրներին լուրջ վերաբերվեինք, այս խնդիրները վերլուծեինք։ Ես կցանկանայի, որ մեր քաղաքական այսպես կոչված <<էլիտաները>> այս խնդիրները դարձնեին հանրային քննարկման, քաղաքական քննարկման առարկա, այլ ոչ կենցաղային խնդիրներ, քանզի այսօր մեր երկիրը, մեր տարածաշրջանը իսկապես ունի անվտանգության մարտահրավերներ, որոնք չլուծելու պարագայում մենք կանգնելու ենք մեծ, ավելի վտանգավոր պատերազմների և գեոպոլիտիկ խնդիրների առջև։

 Օրինակ՝ Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը հայտարարում է, որ հուսով է՝ Հայաստանում հասկանում են, թե ինչ է թաքնված Բրյուսելի և Վաշինգտոնի՝ մեր տարածաշրջանում «բարի մտադրությունների» հետևում։ Հիմա ինձ հետաքրքիր է՝ մեր քաղաքական էլիտան, մեր հասարակությունը սա հասկանում է, թե՞ մենք ուղղակի ֆիքսում ենք, որ Լավրովը լուրջ մարդ չէ, և նրա հայտարարություններին պետք է լուրջ չվերաբերվել։ Սա շատ վտանգավոր պահվածք է, որի համար պետք է խորհել լրջորեն։
