Փաշինյանը մրցանակ ստացավ, իսկ Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը՝ ցմահ դատավճիռներ. Էդմոն Մարուքյան

Էդմոն Մարուքյանը տելեգրամյան իր ալիքում գրում է.

Երեկ Աբու Դաբիում Փաշինյանը ստացավ «Զայեդ» մարդկային եղբայրության մրցանակը, իսկ արդեն այսօր Բաքվում ընթացող Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարների շինծու դատավարությունն ավարտվեց, և հայտնի դարձան առաջին դատավճիռները։

Արցախի Հանրապետության նախկին նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, ՊԲ նախկին հրամանատար Լևոն Մնացականյանը, ՊԲ հրամանատարի նախկին տեղակալ Դավիթ Մանուկյանը, ԱԺ նախկին նախագահ Դավիթ Իշխանյանը, ԱԳ նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Բաբայանը դատապարտվել են ցմահ ազատազրկման։

Բաքվի դատարանը Արցախի նախկին նախագահներ Բակո Սահակյանին և Արկադի Ղուկասյանին դատապարտել է 20 տարվա ազատազրկման, քանի որ Ադրբեջանում գործում է օրենք, համաձայն որի՝ ցմահ ազատազրկման չեն կարող դատապարտվել 65 տարին լրացած անձինք։

Հետաքրքիր է՝ ինչում է կայանում վերոնշյալ անձանց «կատարած հանցագործությունը», եթե ամբողջ միջազգային հանրությունը ճանաչել է նրանց իրավունքները։ Ավելին, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի միջնորդությամբ տարիներ շարունակ բանակցություններ են վարվել նրանց հետ, հաշվի են առնվել նրանց տեսակետները և քննարկվել հնարավոր լուծումները։ Բոլոր միջազգային հարթակներում այդ մարդիկ հանդիսացել են բանակցությունների և քննարկումների սուբյեկտ։

Այսօր Ադրբեջանում ցմահ դատապարտվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վերջին 35 տարվա կյանքը, և դրա համար մեղավոր են ՀՀ իշխանությունները՝ իրենց վարած հայատյաց քաղաքականությամբ։

Ահա այն ամենը, ինչ պետք է իմանալ այսպես կոչված «խաղաղության գործընթացի» մասին…
