Ինչու Հայաստանում բարձրացվեց գույքահարկը. Հրայր Կամենդատյան

Ինչո՞ւ Հայաստանում բարձրացվեց գույքահարկը:Փորձենք դա գնհատել և հասկանալ գործիքներից մեկի ձևաչափով:Նման գործիք է հանդիսանում հարկը:
