ԱՄՆ-ը պարտադրում է իր մոդուլային ատոմակայանը

Առաջիկայում Հայաստան է ժամանելու ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահ Ջեյ Դի Վենսը։ «Հանուն հանրապետության» կուսակցության նախագահ Արման Բաբաջանյանի խոսքով՝ Վենսը Երևան կգա փետրվարի 9-ին։ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Թրամփը նշել էր, որ կկնքեն խաղաղ միջուկային համագործակցության հիանալի համաձայնագիր Հայաստանի հետ։ Փորձագետները կարծում են, որ ԱՄՆ-ը առաջ է մղում ամերիկյան մոդուլային ատոմակայանի իր տարբերակը։ Հունվարի 29-ին կառավարության նիստից հետո կայացած ճեպազրույցում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մանրամասներ գրեթե չհայտնեց, թե ինչ է ենթադրում ԱՄՆ նախագահի հայտնած տեղեկությունը։

Հարցին՝ արդյոք դա նշանակում է, որ Հայաստանը ատոմային կայան կառուցելու հարցով որոշում ունի և ընտրել է ամերիկյան տարբերակը, վարչապետն արձագանքել էր. «Մեր համագործակցությունը զարգացնում ենք տարբեր երկրների հետ, որոնք տիրապետում են միջուկային տեխնոլոգիաներին։ Մենք ինստիտուցիոնալ փորձագետների հետ աշխատում ենք, բայց որևէ մտահոգություն չի անտեսվելու։ Մենք այս պահին աշխատում ենք բոլոր գործընկերների հետ՝ Ֆրանսիայի, Միացյալ Նահանգների, Ռուսաստանի, Հարավային Կորեայի, Չինաստանի հետ, և անհրաժեշտ որոշումները կկայացվեն համապատասխան բոլոր հնարավոր հարցերի վստահելի պատասխաններ ստանալուց հետո»։

Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ ամերիկյան մոդուլային ատոմակայան կառուցելու համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը առանցքային պայման է ամերիկյան կողմի համար։ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները հրաշալի հասկանում են, որ դա նոր խնդիրներ է հարուցելու ռուսական կողմի հետ։

«Ռոսատոմից» քանիցս խոստացել են շարժական ատոմակայան կառուցել Հայաստանում՝ բավարարելով Երևանի բոլոր պահանջները, և այժմ ռուսական կողմին մերժելով ու ամերիկյան ատոմակայան կառուցելով՝ Հայաստանը հերթական մեխն է խփելու հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների դագաղին։

Գործող իշխանությունները Վաշինգտոնից խնդրել են հետաձգել նոր ատոմակայանի կառուցման վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրի կնքումը, սակայն Միացյալ Նահանգները պարզորոշ հասկացրել է, որ առանց այդ համաձայնագրի կնքման որևէ այլ հարց անիմաստ են համարում քննարկել, այդ թվում նաև TRIPP-ի համաձայնագիրը, և արդեն Վենսի այցից հետո Հայաստանի իշխանություններին նոր խնդիրներ են սպասվում ոչ միայն Ռուսաստանի, այլև՝ տարածաշրջանային այլ երկրների հետ։
